However, today my wife took our car to get the inspection. It was not ready due to a recent transmission replacement. The employees were extremely rude. They told my wife our car wouldn't pass due to a OBDII adapter installed. When I called back to explain that that was a GM fix to stop the AFM/Lifter issue, I was yelled out and eventually hung up on. For someone in the business to make money, they do not seem to care about their customers. I will never take my vehicles back to this location. They have lost my business and any referrals that I have given. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Both times he completely resolved the problems for a very reasonable price. The first was a brake job that cost about half what the dealer quoted me. The second time was a tricky problem that ended up just being bad spark plugs. But he spent the time needed to figure out the problem and didn't charge an arm and a leg for driving to me. I won't be calling anyone else as long as he's around. The only thing that might throw you off is he normally just answers the phone by saying "hello." So don't expect a super business-y response. But to me this just matches the laid back, family-type of service that allows him to be as good and reasonably priced as he is. You won't regret calling him.

Our vehicle has been…read morein their possession for nearly 3+ months following a minor incident that required mostly cosmetic repair to the bumper of a 2019 Mercedes E300. We were given one bottom line price just before having the vehicle returned to us (this fee was calculated "after" the break down of the vehicle, an extensive assessment of the damage was allegedly performed, and multiple supplements had been submitted and approved). When attempting to pay what we believed was the FINAL service fees, Zane cited a "blemish" in their work which then increased the bottom line by $3K+ (price gouging?). The integrity of this company (at the Northlake location) is seriously questionable at this point. The lack of transparency and communication has been disappointing to say the very least. I hope that by posting this review we will get some answers quickly. And Hans and/or Hendrick management will take accountability and make this right.

I had no previous knowledge of their work before handing my keys over but not only did Keffer get my car fixed sooner than they had even projected but they had helped me with the rental car pick up and turn in, and had my car washed and cleaned when I came to pick it up! They also stayed in touch with me throughout the whole procedure! I was so impressed that when luck would have it that I was in yet another accident, I brought my car back to Keffer! They remembered my name and were very friendly and and all the staff are a pleasure to work with! The second accident was much more severe so it took longer to fix but the car looks brand new again and their service standards in going above and beyond in every way, where as wonderful, if not better, the second time around! I fully recommend anyone to Keffer Collision!
