Usually I have very good…read moreinteractions, quality work, etc. My most recent service brought me to write this review, I took my early 2000s Toyota Sedan in for spark plugs and a transmission fluid change. When I picked up the car it had a pretty poor misfire on cylinder #5, and it turns out at some point the spark plug strap was bent up on install. I also had to bring the car back for a pretty active leak from the transmission drain plug, it turns out that the "one time use" crush washer was reused and it leaked pretty profusely from the drain plug. These are common mistakes. They happen, I get it. However, within 10 seconds of sitting in my car to pick it up I heard and felt the misfire. I don't know if the technician had a bad day or what, but that is just sloppy work. Someone didn't double check after the tune up. Someone also forgot the crush washer on my trans drain plug. If I hadn't checked under the vehicle for fluid leaks when I performed my oil change, this would have ruined my transmission. All of this being said, Harwood did make both of the issues right at no cost to me. They worked quickly to fix the issues.

The estimated price was $65.00 Proline ripped me off $101.00 saying it was for labor!!!!What labor they had to estimate anyway they didn't do anything?????? I questioned Brandy today she said her guys had to get paid Ahh no her guys had to get paid to rip an elderly wheelchair bound lady and me on disability off ! Only thing they did was rob me blind.I told Brandy don't order the parts until I can see if I'll have the extra out of my disability check .She said ok .She charged me a $90.00 and additional $7.97 restock and supply fee .$219.78 later one month and approximately $280.00 worth of Lyft rides and my cat dying because I couldn't get him medical attention one month later we're still stranded Heat is brutal hitting at 3 digits .My 82 year old nearly died last week her temperature skyrocketed to 105.0 I was forced to call Ems .Long story short lessons learned-DO NOT EVER TAKE YOU'RE VEHICLES TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT-PROLINE Even if you're lucky enough to live to regret it It's a pure torture and hell on earth if time and money and dignity you'll never get back !A Lyft driver showed his ass 2 weeks ago charged us $20.00 plus the ride threatened our lives and left us stranded at Walmart.It's just not worth the hassle and heartache to trust Proline At the end of the day they're Pros alright Pros at ripping their honest trust worthy customers off blind

Mike is the pilot and Jason is the co-pilot. I have never had an issue with my cars after service was performed on them. Both Mike and Jason are friendly, courteous, and very professional when it comes to fixing the cars. Before any major work is performed on the cars, I am given a courtesy call as to what needs to be done to them. If your car needs to be serviced, I would suggest to call a couple of days in advance because they do get busy servicing other vehicles.
