My 2025 RAV4 hybrid was struck by another vehicle…read more I had shopped around several years ago at different collision/auto body shops after I struck a deer. I chose CarsMetrics and had an excellent experience with them on South Boulevard. So, it was a "no-brainer" ,I was heading back to CarsMetrics to see what they would say, regarding the damage this time. Jeff, who amazingly gave me my stay few years ago, was also working the day I stopped by this time. He was FANTASTIC to work with. Communication was impeccable, turn around time for the work serviced was faster than expected, and I feel the value was very good in this market/economy. I would not hesitate to use CarsMetrics again.

They said the service would be 2 weeks and it ended up being two damn months. Not once did the owner or anyone else call me to tell me what the delay was . I had to keep calling them for updates.
