So, it was a "no-brainer" ,I was heading back to CarsMetrics to see what they would say, regarding the damage this time. Jeff, who amazingly gave me my stay few years ago, was also working the day I stopped by this time. He was FANTASTIC to work with. Amanda from the front desk was ALWAYS super responsive and friendly and answered any and all questions I had. When it came time to drop the vehicle off for its repairs, they kept me updated along the way with time frames and what they might be waiting on. Even if I did have a question or just wanted another update, a quick email would he respond in a timely manner or even just a quick phone call as well. We did have a couple of bumps along the way with the insurance company, but Greg had no problem trying to communicate with them over and over again to help it get resolved for me. They do the best they can with any situation and help you as much as they can. They do offer a lifetime guarantee on anything they fixed, so that is always a plus. I had to come back to get something else checked, which they graciously stated they had no problem checking it out for me. I definitely recommend this location if you happen to need them for anything vehicle wise. They definitely give it to you straight and give you recommendations on what you should do. They do have a huge parking lot with plenty of parking spaces to choose from as well. They are located right off Independence.

They interfaced with the organization that was paying for the damage, even with some mid-job scope increases (due to additional extent of condition that was found after the panels were opened up). I know, I know this is part of the insurance company's program not Folger but they made the call for us and handled the bulk of the details. I signed up to receive text updates on the repair. These came often enough to be helpful and infrequent enough I didn't want to type UNSUBSCRIBE. Our car was ready at the exact time and day they promised and check-out took less than five minutes. The best part, is that while we had an external repair the car was cleaned inside from top to bottom.
