The worst service I've had in a long time in ANY category. Communication is very poor. I was told that repairs (VERY MINOR) would take no longer than 2 weeks. That already seemed excessive for a bumper but it has now been going on FOUR weeks without my car. I have had to call multiple times for updates and have been dismissed repeatedly. I wonder if I will EVER get my car back. Last I called they said they'd call me back in a few minutes...that was 3 days ago!!! Please go elsewhere. read more

I had a tire blow out and it caused some decent damage. They did a great job with my repairs and the painted areas look great too! Can't even tell it was damaged. Had a great experience with this place. They were excellent communicators who always kept me right up to date on what was going on with my car. I really appreciated that and the fact that the "complimentary light wash" they did to my car was more like a detailing where they took over 30 minutes to vacuum all the dog hair out of the car. I can't say anything about their pricing, because my work was done through insurance, but everything else from their excellent communication, the seamless interface with Enterprise, to the clean and comfortable waiting room full of friendly and helpful professional customer service personnel was top notch. read more

They called me one week later stating my car was ready​ When I arrived I notice the side that was supposed to be fixed still​ had several scratches. I shared my concerns and they took my car away to re-repair it. One week after that received a call my car is ready​, when I​ arrived I notice the scratch was gone but the paint was a totally​ different​ color from the rest of my car (WTF). They took the car away again and one week later I​ picked up my car. At this point I just wanted my car back and will take it another bodyshop. I Timothy And Alice Czupryna had recently had our truck in for a repair from an accident that we were rear ended. Wasn't our choice to go here, it was the other parties insurance company. So was told they would get it work on. Didn't happen after a week I called and wasn't started on yet, and left a message for a Kevin (estimator) to return my call, no return call, I called again and was told by front desk person that isn't in ready yet and she would give him a message to call me again, I said well if he don't I will go to higher up. Still no return call. Called again days later and it was ready but I didn't get notification it was done. Kevin states I'm sorrybut every time I would try to get back to you, it was just really busy. Go pick up vehicle, and no one walk out to vehicle with us. Then after receiving vehicle, a few days later we noticed that they cleaned out vehicle, and money and a black case with inpact wrench and socket set was gone. Called back several times and talk to desk person about it and no one got back to us. Also I wrote head quarters about it and no response. Through State Farm I was able to locate Caliber Collision and I couldn't be more grateful that I found this location. The service is incredible! My car looks amazing, like brand new. The staff was so courteous. Everyone I talked to was sweet and helpful. Bob texted me and my husband for updates. After they did an incredible service, I was under the impression I would get a free car wash. And though that was wrong they once again went above and beyond and helped me with the car wash. This is an awkward review to write. The customer service people were very friendly, good at communicating and setting expectations on their timetables -- very professional. Also, the folks in the in-house Enterprise car rental were great, very friendly and quick to get me in a car -- even upgraded me for free, when the car they had reserved for me wasn't ready. However, on the part that matters most -- the quality of the paint job -- it's definitely disappointing. On their first attempt, the tape-off lines were so apparent that at 20 ft away, anyone would've noticed them and said, "oh, your car's been in an accident, hasn't it?". I told them it wasn't even close to being acceptable, and was stunned the guy had originally said, "looks good, right?". Uh, no. So I asked him to bring his manager out, who looked at it and said, "you know, we're not robots, it's not going to be perfect." To which I said, "Understood, I get that -- but you're going to have to try again, this isn't even close." 3 days later, the 2nd attempt was complete, and it was better than the first, but still not great. For me, what bums me out the most, is that because of the way it looks, this may end up hurting the resale value whenever I go to sell it. read more

The worst service I have ever experienced. First issue, I had an appointment to get my vehicle fixed. I called 3 days before my appointment to see if I could drop off early and was informed my appointment was rescheduled and sorry they forgot to call. Second issue, my new appointment was set, I dropped off the vehicle and was informed that it would be ready in 1 week. I never received a call after 8 days so I called and was informed it was not ready. I drove by to see the progress and they did nothing on the vehicle. I came back in town a week early for this appointment. I took my car that day and went to a real service auto body shop. I have no problem with some delays on services but do have a problem with lack of comunication and being considerate. read more

After an unfortunate accident, I had to spend a hectic day dealing with my insurance company and body shops, trying to get my car back to working condition as quickly as possible. This was right after the ice storm earlier this year, so many body shops were at capacity and had crazy wait times. Caliber was able to handle the repair in a very timely manner, so I was sold. I worked with Bob, who is fantastic. He is very friendly, helpful, and open about the process and wait times. He will also help arrange a rental car pickup, dropoff, and other services if you need them. After the initial check of the damage, Bob took some pictures, filled out some paperwork, and sent me on my way with an estimate of one week. Caliber will keep you well-informed about the progress being made on your vehicle. I received daily text updates, and Bob also called to let me know what was going on. My only complaint about the updates is the accuracy of them. On Friday, the day my car was supposed to be ready, I received a text that it would indeed be ready that day. Later that day, I received another text saying it would be ready by the following Friday. Basically, there was damage that they didn't find at first. I appreciate them being committed to completely fixing all of the damage to a car, but I think they could have done a better initial inspection and avoided this hassle. Alas, I was stuck with another week of rental car fees. Considering the alternatives in the area, I would use Caliber again in a heartbeat. Unsolicited review here... I used this shop based on recommendation from my Honda dealership, as well as it being a preferred shop with my insurance company. Had an unfortunate accident in my 2018 Honda (less than 8k miles old). I was assured repeatedly during the process that Caliber would do everything required to return it to like-new condition. The work involved a little body work, but a lot of underneath/suspension repair. Allison kept me updated almost daily on the status of the repairs, and it became apparent that getting it back to perfect condition was as important to them as it was to me. I was concerned about frame damage..they were able to test it for that and reassure me there was none. End result...after some pretty extensive repair work, the car does look and drive like new again to me. After their interior/exterior cleaning, it honestly looked better than it did before the wreck. I was impressed by, and appreciate the thoroughness and quality of work by Caliber. And customer service?... top-notch. Every person I interacted with could not have been more courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. Special kudos to my service advisor, Allison who kept in constant contact throughout the process. She communicated daily, with a nice friendly, personal touch. As the repair progressed and the days passed, she made me feel that I was in good hands and that the time it took to completion was totally necessary and reasonable. Going to get your car repaired is not one of the most pleasant experienced, but I would say that I was very satisfied with Caliber Collision. They came in about $150 less than my insurance company estimate! When does that ever happen. My car was supposed to take 2-3 days to fix, but they were done in one day. Again, when does that ever happen? A plus is that the Hertz is literally next door so getting a loaner is really easy. read more

After literally months of being bounced around from mechanics and auto body shops she was able to expedite all the work on my car, some of it having been caused by the other shops. Kayla kept me up-to-date and well informed every step of the way, better than my own insurance company. After having had such a horrible experience due to no fault of my own and not being treated well by multiple shops I was so grateful to finally have outstanding service from somebody who takes pride in her work. I definitely DO NOT recommend any and all Caliber Collision Centers! My vehicle was involved in a rear end collision. This was not my fault, they were tasked to repair my vehicle at this specific facility. They did the repairs or so I thought, months later we had rains here and guess what? They didn't seal my damn rear window! I drive a plug in hybrid and the damn water drenched my head liner, hybrid plug in system trunk etc!!! The manager and regional manager looked me in the face and told me the work and specifically windshield passed quality. They didn't know I had pictures of the rear window and the shit job they did with the silicon!! I have pictures, the silicon was all over! What else they didn't they do correctly? I don't know? Why? Because I would have to pay for an independent company to inspect my vehicle thoroughly!! I've been battling with Caliber for months and I the consumer am screwed! Don't trust them at all! When i called in a had some questions since I had never gone through the process before, and they answered them no problem. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday afternoon, said the car would be ready Friday. I received a call with an update on Wednesday, and my car was ready on Thursday early afternoon. I work at Hendrick Automotive and decided to go to Caliber based off of reviews, and I am so glad I did. I hope no one I know needs to get their car fixed. I got rear ended from a business with Erie insurance company and filed a claim to have my car fixed. They convinced us it would be easier to go with their body shop, Caliber Collision Center. I dropped the car off to be fixed in the pouring rain. They called to have enterprise pick me up to get the rental. They never walked through my car with me. I had a problem getting the rental car is by the time I got back to the body shop, they were already closed. The secretary stayed so I could get my belongings out of the car and said she would be in touch. I went to pick up the car and walked over the car with her to check out the work that was done, I immediately noticed two new scratches on the top panel above the trunk, the same side of the car where the accident was. I told her about it since my wife is very particular with her car and any scratches. She argued with me that they were already there and she wrote them down at the walk through. She then claimed she couldn't show me (since they never did one with me, i only signed the paper to drop the car off) After leaving the body shop with two new scratches, the next day, my sensor lights in my car came on saying something wasn't fixed properly. I had to take the car back in for them to look at it and made another appointment for it to be fixed. I dropped the car off at the body shop, then they had to take it to Scott Clark Toyota. Dealer had to fix it and then brought it back to body shop. I picked it up from body shop after completion. It's been about 2 weeks and the same light has came back on in my car letting me know my car still isn't fixed properly. I called the body shop and there was no call back after a few days so I called the manager. He said he would get with the dealer and would figured something out. I explained to them I would have to have a car while they had my car again so I could get to work. It's been a week and there was no call back. I'm very unhappy with this process. I don't recommend Erie Insurance or Caliber Collision Center to anyone. We've used several Caliber Collisions over the past few years and never have had a bad experience until now. I absolutely love this place ! I unfortunately have had a few back to back fender benders which lead me here. For starters they have exceptional customer service from the time you walk through the door. The ladies up front are always friendly and helpful. They offer snacks while you wait. Then you meet with Bob he's my favorite. He looks at your car and determines what it may need and the possible cost. He's such a joy. They are in constant contact with you through text and/or phone call to give you the status of your car. For my car it was front end due to deer then back end due to being rear ended. Both times my car came back looking brand new! I don't know how they do it but I'm telling you I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's also convenient that they have a State Farm Agent on site and a hertz car rental right next door. Before going to them I was side swiped and I went to a place that advertises giving back your deductible and it was not worth it my color was a tiny bit off but noticeable to me. So anyway if you want THE BEST service and you want your car looking like it came off the car lot you need to come here. You will be pleased! read more

I was a victim of two separate rear-ended accidents within 56 days apart. My fiancé has been in two more accidents. Overall, the same vehicle has been in an accident 4 TIMES UNBELIEVABLE!!! And every single time we had taken the same vehicle to this shop 4x. Bob was there every step of the way. He provides such an utmost customer service and caring for me and fiancé (Russ). We would not want to take our vehicle to anywhere else but Caliber Collision at this specific location. Bob explained everything in detail and keep me up to date. Car is usually done within a week. The consistency and the continuous communication is very important to me not to mention it prevents any surprises. We truly LOVVVEEE CC and Bob for all the help he provided. He deserve a raise! Bob, who oversaw the repairs, was equally as nice to deal with. He gave regular updates on the progress of the vehicle. The workmanship was absolutely great...much better than any dealership body shop I have taken a vehicle into in the past. They had to do paint work as well as replace a window for me. I was very impressed with everyone there. Although they had to total my classic '93 Infiniti J30 Sedan and yes I was a Little sad about that. And Brandi who was the Insurance Liaison for Nationwide Insurance was wonderful to deal with. There is a But here that kept it from being Highly recommended by me. Was one man in the far right corner of the lobby facing away from the windows. That gentleman was very rude, condescending, Crass and very unprofessional the way that he screamed at me for making my wishes with my vehicle plain to Brandi as to what I had discussed with Nationwide Corporate in Ohio. I later told Brandi and the ladies at the reception desk on the far right front by the door, I am not sure how the hell he keeps a job the way he screams at the customers. The in house staff was extremely nice and helpful but when I went to pick my car up after a week I found my fender crunched and that was not the way I left it. It took it in to get work on my hood and windshield. Someone in their body shop wrecked my car and no one would fess up to it so THEY rent me a car and my car goes back into the shop for another week. I finally go pick my car up...again...and my iPod has been stolen along with the charger chord. There were two separate times I talked to a manager and he seemed to act like my issues were not important. He offered to get me another iPod but he was the opposite of sincere so I told him don't worry about it. I just don't ever want to do business with this sketchy business again. Now they won't stop sending me emails because they wanna know my feedback but their website isn't working so I just decided to put my feedback here. I will NEVER return to this business.
