My name is Mrs Marilyn Michael I am 62 years old I have a Toyota Camry 2005 I had my car towed to Andy's and Leo's shop for a tune-up and an alternator repair and a sense of wire to be ran through because it wasn't pulling fully and my spark plugs wasn't firing my car always have been a silent vehicle I've never had any problems with my abs module or system my muffler had to be reattached because the sensor wire had to go through there up under my passenger car seat so I looked at everything concerning my car before I sent it and my muffler was improperly reattached the exhaust is not flowing properly because it's not set evenly. the reviews that this shop has ascertained I felt it safe to send my car there to no avail my car was returned when I had it towed back to me I got in my car it sounds like a motorcycle pulling tin cans and I call Andy and he said just drive it there's no way I can drive my car making that racket and also further putting myself in danger with my modular system reading a fail sign that I had a diagnostic done at the AutoZone and I'm like this cannot be true there is was no reason for my abs modular system / motor to even be in discussion when I asked him could I resend the car because I cannot drive it he hung up the phone in my face this is not professionalism read more

I called yesterday and talked to Juan and told him I needed my car inspected and he said just bring it in tomorrow morning we don't make appointments for that. I said I do need some spark plugs that I would like to make an appointment for tomorrow when I come in. He said we'll take a look at it and let you know. So when I got there today April 22, 2025 Juan was there and he asked for the keys. I also had a back window wiper blade to replace that I bought and I said can you put this on also and he just took it and didn't say a word. So when my car was ready the girl said that'll be $55 I said 55 I said I thought inspections were $30. And she said hold on let me get him. So Juan came out and said we put the wiper blade on for you, I said that's right but you never told me you were gonna charge me or how much you're gonna charge, I said that's a lot I could've tried to do it myself or got my neighbor but I brought it here because you were gonna work on my car the next day I was gonna give you business. He said this is a business and these guys need to make money and was not very nice. So I told him I was not bringing my car back and thank you very much for the inspection. read more

Someone recommend me here and I wish I never listened. I decided to buy my own parts from Auto-zone for my brake service. Turns out they will charge you double the amount for labor. Just for labor!! You got to be kidding me. It don't makes sense how labor is twice as much as your parts. I brought my car to the shop at 7:35 am and waited for them to open at 8 am. Ain't no way it took 6.5 hours to change brake pads & rear rotors. They added a charge on brake fluids which the clerk told me it already comes with the service, but decided to do a sub charge on it smh. This place rip me off. Joaquin was very efficient and friendly. Although I didn't expect it, he dropped me off home when I left my car and picked me up when it was ready!!! I purchased a Groupon for the wheel alignment which was done and I also needed a bent wheel replaced. Joaquin suggested a place to get a used one, which works for me. They also did a general inspection and found that I needed my struts replaced. Any other time I probably would have questioned that but I knew they needed replacing. All in all I had a great experience and my car is running like a top. I expect I will be going back because they have a full service shop and the service was great and the people were friendly. read more

Unable to get the repairs done right away I opted to come back at a future date. A month later I came in and with the same quality of service I received during my first encounter, they kept their word on the price they quoted me. WORST shop ever. I had got a flat On my way home so I took it to the nearest shop which was Leo's. They told me they couldn't fix my tire so I was gonna have to buy a used a tire. I said it was fine. Next thing you know he comes up to me and tells me they don't have my size but they did have a a tire that was a lil a bigger. I asked multiple time if it was going to be a problem and he was so unsure of it. That's not professional at ALL. Went back to see if I could get my money, he told me no. Called back twice to speak to a manager and they hung up on me twice. So unprofessional! So please stay away from this. They don't Care about your car they just want their money. read more

THE WORST PLACE ON THIS PLANET TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED...The owner charged me 245$ and my car was not SERVICED. Gave me one price for a tow, but changed the price once my car arrived. Owner told me the price for my tow was now 125$ because that is what the towing company charged him, he claims he did not know this. I wish I would have read all the reviews before taking my vehicle here. I brought my truck in for an alignment after having some front end work done. I was told after they started they could "fix" the toe, but not the camber due to the inner and outer tie rods needing to be replaced and offered to do it for $220 + parts. I was still charged $90 for an alignment that wasn't correct. I took my truck to another mechanic to get a second opinion and they checked the tie rods and no replacement was needed. They also did a full alignment and the truck drives straight as an arrow now. Please read ALL reviews before making a decision, not just the 5 star reviews. read more

I had to get some brake work and spent no longer than 1.5 hrs. They changed my front brakes cut my roters and adjusted and dusted my back breaks!
