Not only did Mr.Lee take the time out of his day to call me back and leave a voicemail, he also gave me a time of when he could be at my home to help! We were in search of something a little quicker (outside of his area) so we told him maybe we can call him back if we decided we needed his services. Well, Mr.Lee ended up calling us back! He had a reference to someone who was closer to our location who could help us in a quicker time! His reference "Juan" was on time, extremely helpful did everything in a timely fashion! We had an appliance that we purchased with our pickup truck get stuck in our backyard on a wet day. We had also called a service closer to our house who told us that "they could not help due to the fact that they could also get stuck on the wet grass". No fear!!! Lee and his references made sure that we got the services we needed to get out of our ditch! Thank you so so much! I would recommend you to anybody! Trust this one! But it was actually less than 20 minutes when he called me and asked me what type of car it was and I told him again he was like oh I got it mistaken and that he spoted the car. I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Carolina Roadside. This vendor Carolina Roadside was sent through the insurance company for roadside assistance for service on 07/22/2026, expecting professional results. Instead, I recieve unprofessionaism, poor quality work and degrading performance. The technician Ibraheem arrived 1 hour from the call for assistance and performed a sloppy job. My vehicle had to be jumped started due to battery issues. After my car was jumped started the vendor offered to get a battery replacement for me. After recieving the battery the battery did not fit the dimensions size for battery and case fitting. Due to having an imported vehicle aftermarket or generic batteries often feature a thick or poorly matched bottom plastic lip. If the height or thickness of this base ridge differs from the OEM spec, the factory bottom-locking clamp cannot latch or screw down properly into the battery tray.The battery did not fit due to my vehicle being an imported car. The most horrific matter I experienced was, the technician tried to force the battery to fit my car. He even suggested throwing my battery casing away so this generic battery could fit my car. I repeatedly advised the technician Ibraheem the battery was entirely too large from the beginning. He refuse to listen and left my vehicle battery casing open and not fitting properly, a battery that was too large and lose wiring on top of the battery which could cause damage or a fire. The deliverables did not match what was promised by this vendor. I contacted Ibraheem directly to resolve this and requested a refund for the substandard work. Despite documented proof of his failure, the company refused to refund my money to purchased another battery to fit my vehicle correctly nor would this vendor bring another battery to fit my imported vehicle. Ibraheem is very combative and entirely unhelpful. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost.
