I had an oil change done here on June 18th for my 2022 Volkswagen Taos. At the time, everything seemed fine -- no leaks, no warning lights, no issues. Not long after, I got an oil level warning on my dashboard. When I brought the car back, I was told the leak was coming from the drain plug and that it was just "wear and tear." That explanation didn't make sense to me, because a proper oil change should include checking the drain plug and washer -- and if there was any damage, it should've been noted or discussed before finishing the job. Instead, they charged me $24.85 to supposedly fix the leak. Later, I took my car to the VW dealership and was told the leak was still there. I reached back out to Firestone asking them to take accountability and refund the $24.85 I paid -- but they've ignored my messages and even ignored outreach from the BBB. Just a heads-up for anyone considering service here: pay close attention, ask questions, and double-check their work. read more

This place is not good. Most of their technician are not knowledgeable, old out dated equipment was told I needed to fixed something else other then just replacing 4 new sets of tires. They are not honest at all, till this day my tie rod are still good and nothing was wrong with them. I did bought a good tires from them but that doesn't mean you have the right to sell me something I didn't even need, was told if I didn't replaced them they would not honored the warranty smh. I don't even have warranty on those brand new tires. I don't like shops that try take advantage of hard working customers. read more

I was told my truck could be fixed, and was given an above cost to fix, truck was a necessity.Was told next day, cost would double had to do more,3rd day was given a unbelievable price of $3,000 to 4,000 to fix which started as ignition switch lock problem. read more

Every visit has required me to return to get something fixed. The most recent visit ended in leaving without my issue being fixed and the owner yelling. Which was to only reset my oil change light because they forgot to do so after the oil change service. Take your business elsewhere!! Unless of course you have enough time on your hands to double your visit each time you need service. read more

I've been coming to Coley Jordan for 15 plus years, and always enjoyed the service and the value. Unfortunately over the last year or two it has steadily declined. I've come back four times for issues occurring after each visit, unrelated to the repairs completed. I don't mean to trash talk a business that treated me so well, for so many years. Though when it comes to automobile repairs, I feel there should not only be pride but quality standards in the job. The work being performed is sub standard and potentially unsafe. Purchased 4 tires, only 3 were put on my car. I'm a single woman and they got over on me because they knew I trusted them. When I returned to inquire about the tire, I was called a thief and verbally abused by the owner. He agreed to put the tire I purchased on my car but then tried to tell me my wheel was bent and he wasn't responsible if it fell off. I had to pay a reputable tire place to fix his work. This place deserves some more reviews, but I'm assuming the owners and their customers aren't the most active Yelpers. I'll be more than happy to explain why I think this place is my new favorite auto shop. Honest, Quick, Friendly & well priced. I'm usually not a fan of Firestone's, but I went to this location because a co-worker recommended them.This is a locally owned Firestone, two brothers run the shop. After bringing my car in for a some seriously shaky brakes, I left with smooth brakes- turned rotors, an oil change and tire rotation. I thought my car needed more work to fix the problem, but these guys assured me that this should do the trick. It's such a rare find when you stumble upon a auto shop that you feel didn't try to nickle and dime you. This may not be the nicest looking place or in the most convenient location, but they have earned my return business. read more

They are always reliable, on time and so friendly. They are truly honest guys and will give you the best prices they can. I called on them as soon as they opened one morning to replace my tire - sure enough they had it in stock and had me out of there within 30 minutes. so since moving to charlotte, i have had a lot of car issues. thankfully, nothing expensive. but i think part of that is because i have lucked out on finding some actual honest car repair shops. this one definitely falls into that category. so for about a couple of months, i've had this weird warning light on in my dash--and the guys at select import told me it had something to do with my tires (pressure or a leak or something of that nature). they filled them up but said everything else seemed okay. about a few days later, one of my rear tires went almost completely flat. i could also hear a hissing sound coming from it. since it was late and all the nearby tire places were closed, the best we could do was fill it up and hope we made it home. we took it in to this firestone shop, and the took a bolt out of it and repaired it for about $20. we were good to go on that tire, but the warning light was still on. so we just kept driving, and eventually one of the front tires started falling flat. again, i filled that up and waited until i could see if it would deflate again (probably not smart, since i have no idea how to change a tire). it started deflating, but i had a chance to quick run back to this firestone and have it fixed. again, a nail. again, they fixed it. again, about $20. it was super quick. they didn't mess with unnecessary tire sales. they seem honest and were super nice. and they also let me nurse my new baby in their lounge area without batting an eye. well...maybe they batted an eye, but they did a good job of avoiding eye contact with me while i did so. good one, guys. read more

I found these people as unprofessional where I called them on Tuesday and got an appointment for Friday as they were busy. They informed about initial diagnostic charges over phone. When I went, they changed prices 3 times ($89, $39, $69 +$12), mentioning they are not company Firestone showroom, but family owned which prevents them to offer any Firestone's ongoing promotions. This was my second visit in past 3 months where earlier when I dropped my car, I was informed 2-3 possible reasons for the problem. When in evening they call me to pick up my car with the cost, I enquired for any other issues which they were mentioning in the morning, they immediately added 1 more charge in total cost. Beware of these guys who keeps bragging about high rating on internet and loot customers with false charges in end. read more

I didn't catch the name of the man that helped me but I came in hoping they could replace a tire. He went to work on my car and even checked the rest of the tires as well. Ended up filling them all with air and sent me off with some great advice. I felt so welcome and like he was really trying to help me out.
