I had AAA come out and put the spare on. I called Belle Tire when I got home, and was told I could stop by first thing in the morning to drop off the flat tire and they would see what the problem was. I had the tire back that afternoon. Yesterday, the rear passenger tire was not holding air; by the time I got out of work, it was too late for Belle to be able to do anything for me; but again, they said I could stop by first thing in the morning. I was there when they opened at 8 a.m. They got me in right away, and I was on the road by 8:25 with my tire repaired (it had a piece of metal in it). Oh...and the best part?! No charge for either of these tire repairs. Everyone there was so kind and considerate to me. I really appreciate that, considering all the pressure everyone is under nowadays. None of the "service manager" (salesman) games played by the dealers or chain operations ... and Jurgen does not rip-off women. I had a ball joint making a bit of noise. It is sealed - impossible to lube - dealer said that the only possible repair is a new suspension assembly that includes the ball joint. Jurgen has an alternative method for lubricating the ball joint, and it has been squeak-free for the past two years. More recently: Radiator flush and refill w/new upper & lower hoses and new plugs w/ boots ... it took Demmer Ford four days and four phone calls to quote $1,000 ... Jurgen required 10 minutes to quote the job for less than half the price.

Couldn't get it towed until Monday morning (had to buy triple A, and it cost me double to do it because apparently you have to wait a period of time between when you get and and use the towing). Also cost me 3x as much to tow because it was over 5 miles. Fun stuff. This place was recommended to me by someone who did $20,000 of business with them every month, at a dealership. This place said it was a 'hard fix' because my car is a 2011 fusion. So, there were just no parts available. Then suddenly 2 days later, I was told I could pick it up. Okay. Went there, got it, drove 3 whole miles and the exhaust system fell out again. When I called, they sent someone who said - they didn't attach this right. So, I waited again for over an hour for them to fix it. Again. The waiting room is really close to the mechanics ship. And I heard a lot of laughter when I was waiting. Also, the person at the desk told me - you won't have to pay for this, though you should have to, just because we're being nice. At the time I had a warranty in my car stating that if anything went wrong with the exhaust, it was covered for a year. It had been 20 minutes. I will Never go to midas (any midas) again. They also quoted me a price and it was several hundred dollars over that when I paid (before the exhaust they fixed fell out after I drove 3 miles). New owner, same workers. Go elsewhere.

I've been taking my Mini here for years for all servicing and I am always happy with the service and work. Marc and Bret are awesome- they are informative, friendly, and honest. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need, on the contrary they actually council you not to have addition work done until it's needed. Whenever I call to make an appointment they can usual fit me in that day. They order my parts ahead of time so the wait is minimal. Furthermore they provide shuttle service if needed so you don't have to waste time sitting and waiting. They are always kind when fielding my incessant and ridiculous chicks-know-nothing-about-cars questions, and answer with clarity and humor. Their prices are very competitive if not the cheapest around, and there is no price tag I could put on the peace of mind that I'm not being shaken down. The same replacement work with the nearby similar repair stores is ranging from $500-600. Low quality and cheap parts they ordered, high labor cost they charged you with unauthorized and un-necessary services. You paid double price and received cheap parts and poor service. It is a very very terrible, horrible car repair store without business reputation and trustworthy. I will not come to this store anymore.
