Let me tell you why this belle tire will be my go to belle tire/technician from now on. I actually live closer to the one in canton, so driving the couple extra minutes could be considered a slight inconvenience until you hear why I do it. Customer service, exceptional work, and consistency. In 2026 we all have seen employees that just show up to work, Customers service is mediocre, essentially your just a sale. Not this place. EVERY time I come to this location I get beyond excellent customer service. I have probably spoke with all most every advisor here at some point and time and I get treated excelente not here and there but EVERY time. I wanted to leave a comment that I hope with trigger some additional conversations about improving customer service and general care for any customer that walks in the door. I am a female and was alone. I called a few times which sounded like Belle Tire at this location would be able to help me with my flat tire. I arrive to be told that they could not help and were busy, no way I could stay in my car overnight living so far away. After being giving no hope for assistance or anyone willing to go the extra mile to assist, I sat and remained on parking lot for about 2 hrs before I was able to pay for another company to help me with my flat. In times when Belle Tire was needed most in your own parking lot I could not get the help I needed. This felt very uncaring, I wish it were people who worked here that cared to go above and beyond and cared about the well being of others. No one even came to check on me. At the end of the day workers went home and I was left on same spot to figure it out. What a shame, and a horrible way to remember my experience here. A good rule of thumb should be to have someone available who could assist customers instead of using all resources and being unable to provide the best customer service experience to any and every customer who walks through the door read more

Paid $81 for a tire pressure sensor and didn't even work. They said they changed it and ir didn't even work and another tire pressure sensor also went wrong during the process. I paid for no reason and had to come all the way back for it for them to tell me that both of them need to be replaced in order for all of them to work properly. read more

I had a roadside emergency Friday evening and was able to make an appointment to get 4 new tires with installation. Proper checks on balance and alignment. I only had a small amount and the agent did not try to upsell me or push anything than what I needed. The mechanic did not try to upsell or sell me on unnecessary repairs. Had my wife take her car to these jokers since it had a shimmy in the front end. I been a licensed mechanic for over 15 years but at the time I was dealing with a pinched nerve in my back and couldn't physically take care of it. I told her to have them rotate and balance the tires just to rule it out while I was recovering. Several hours later they call with an estimate of over $4k! They say she needs tires, shocks/struts and brakes all around! We told them we just wanted the tires rotated and they said well because the tread depth is 3/32" or lower we're not legally allowed to rotate the tires? Well tread depth is something I check on every aircraft I come in contact with on a nightly basis and let me tell you, I couldn't find a spot on any tire under 4/32". Long story short I finally got in for a steroid injection in my back and took a look at the car... Fricken ball joints! Nothing even close to tires, shocks/struts or brakes! Fixed the shimmy in an hour and a half for $80! Kiss my ass belle tire. read more

I would give a zero star review if I could. Took my car here for a patch job for a nail in the tire that has been here for months and has been stable. Went today simply because I had the day off. They called me 30 mins later and told me it was "too close to the side wall" so they can't plug it. Went to pick it up. Looked fine. Saw where it was marked and contacted the place I bought the tires and they told me they would patch no problem. Got home 25 mins later and my tire is hissing and half flat! It was NOT doing this before. So now my fiancé is changing into a donut in the cold. Go anywhere else but HERE! Location cares more about a sale than helping customers! UNEDUCATED/UNEXPERIENCED workers! Came in for a flat tire. Was hesitant on calling at first because a peer was just told the same day that there was a 2 week wait for any service/appointments. I took it to the auto Center across the street FIRST and the Technician saw I just needed a new tire but they didn't have them in stock. The flat happened less than a mile from Belle Tire so I had no choice but to start here. I brought my vehicle in and sales rep was VERY eager to get me to leave my car the same day ( looking up deals , making time promises, even going the extra mile to check other tires) So me (needing to return to work to provide for me and my family) agreed to get it fixed there. I got my car right before close the name day, and I noticed my tire looked really dirty (During the Night) and didn't match the remaining three on my vehicle. The next morning I went to look at my tire before leaving from work and was able to clearly see a chip in my Rim and somehow now rusted lug nuts. I called the shop about the issue on my off day a few days later and when I called THE SAME TIRE WAS FLAT THAT I JUST PURCHASED. The rep tried to tell me that I might not be able to be seen for two weeks but I couldn't let that happen as this is highly unacceptable. I was able to get it in the shop a day later after speaking to the representative doing a walk in. about 4 hours later I receive a very questionable phone call saying " There's a bend OR crack in my rim and the previous technicians (at the SAME location) must've MISSED IT" !? followed by " Im not sure if it happened here or before it was brought in , but for another rim it'll be $900" I informed the other service rep about the rim and lug nut as well and all he could say was "I don't know, Im not sure if it happened here or before but we can fix it for $900 " yet the shop prior did not see any crack or bend and as if I would continue to waste money at this same location. When I went to pick up my car I asked to see where the bend or crack was and was told he could not show me .This is very unprofessional, I paid for a quality service I did not receive and I still have a flat. This issue could've been addressed initially instead of a sales rep making sure he got $300 out of a customer when I was willing to replace my full set for far more compensation. I dropped off my car for a free tire rotation. The next day when i picked it up i was charged $100 for a wheel alignment that I did not sign up for. When I bought the tires a year ago they were pushy about buying alignment and kept selling the 1 yr coverage. I told them im moving out of state so i dont want it. Now after 10k miles dropping it off for tire rotation only they pulled the same marketing plug without my consent. I will never go back to buy tires from Belle tire anymore. After calling customer service They corrected the situation and they were so professional about it. I was given a credit to fix the problem. I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I brought a tire in that was punctured by a nail. Eric was helpful and went through what was required for a safe repair. He recommended changing the tires out in about six months or so and wasn't pushy about selling a new set today. He even gave me a list of recommended tire brands to look over in the mean time. I made an appointment for 6pm. I only needed one tire replaced and I told them exactly which one, on the phone when I made my appointment and when I gave them my keys. They told me I had to wait for 2 hours if I wanted to leave they would call me. Wtf is the point of making an appointment and still having to wait 2 hours just to replace 1 tire? Anyway. They got done, gave me my keys and completely screwed it all up. Replaced the wrong tire, then had to come back inside and they acted like it too much work and tried to convince me that it was fine. This place is brand spanking new. Convenient as hell from our house, so we were really glad to see them opening. Sadly we needed them pretty quickly afterwards though. We had a leak in one of the tires so we had to stop in. It was patchable but luckily we had to bring the beast in because two of our other tires were quite bald. No worries, they installed new tires same day, we had a twenty dollar off coupon and the base price before that was uber reasonable. They even threw in free rotations for the life of the tires. Yay! This place is clean and friendly. They were helpful and gave us plenty of options for our issues after explaining everything thoroughly and showing us exactly what they were concerned about. I used Belle Tire before for tires and had no problems. When I got a large stone chip in my windshield, my insurance company informed me they were a preferred location. It was convenient so I called and made my appointment. The showroom was neat, clean and I was greeted promptly. I left my keys and said I'd pick up the vehicle the next day. When I picked up my SUV, I noticed several issues the glue was highly visible on the inside of the windshield, my mirror was mounted wrong, a 2 inches off center, there was a weird haze that wouldn't wipe of and it wasn't OEM glass. I called to express my concerns and the manager said the insurance company didn't approve OEM glass. That doesn't explain the lousy install job but I'm sure it does explain the weird haze. It's a 2012! I called my insurance expressing disappointment and they said they did approve OEM glass, WTH??? I call the manager back and he tries to convince me the glass and install were fine. Now I'm mad. I go in after work and make the manager sit in my suv while I show him each item. Then I show my signed receipt that guarantees the work. He mumbles that he's sorry and if I'm not happy with the install, he will get his best installer on it tomorrow. He never admitted the install was LOUSY. It was so bad, I showed it to several friends who joked it must have been done at the high school auto body shop. Tomorrow comes and the manager has the day off. The assistant says he doesn't know anything but will reinstall the windshield, the same windshield, it will be just fine, it's exactly like the factory glass. Mama wasn't born yesterday ya little twerp!!! I stand my ground while he badgers me that the replacement glass is exactly the same. I tell him either honor the guarantee or give me the number to his managers manager. I ask if he treats all female customers like this and the back peddling begins. Another woman in the lobby chimes in and says yes they do. Now my girl posse is ready to create a ruckus. The installers scramble to get my windshield in and her tires on fast! Nobody wants a mob of angry middle aged women :) I'm sitting there forever and notice my SUV outside. I go to the counter and ask if it's ready. The assistant guy says "Yeah but it needs 2 hours to set." WTHx2! Now I'm on fire and ask why I wasn't told this. His smarty reply was "Everyone knows the glue has to set for a couple of hours." I go off...really? Because I didn't know that and I've talked to several staff members here including the manager and nobody told me that. He says again "It's known you can't just drive away after your windshield is replaced." Really? Had an appointment to have my wife's 2019 GMC Acadia Denali (40,000 miles) front passenger side tire looked at. I'd just left a tire repair shop that couldn't fix the problem due to not having the proper equipment. The vehicle had an inner rim leak, the service person showed me the leak and indicated there was only a need to seal the tire at the rim. My wife had taken the vehicle to the GMC dealer in Ann Arbor two weeks prior for regular maintenance (oil, tire check, etc...) but this problem didn't exist. All was fine after normal vehicle maintenance according to GMC. I arrived at Belle Tire at approx 1:30 pm and spoke to the service guy, he check for my appointment, and unfortunately, my appointment was for Tuesday 3 Jan. not Monday 2, Jan. I was informed that I could leave the car and they'll be sure to get to it before they closed at 8 pm. 7:45 pm came Belle Tire took the vehicle into the bay to start working on the tire..... The service person came to my vehicle where I was waiting with my wife to inform me they couldn't work on the tire or repair the rim leak because the tire treads were too low and the rules/law wouldn't allow him/them to work on a tire with such load treads. Belle tire held my wife's vehicle for 8 hours and waited till the very end of the business day to try squeezing a new tire sale out of me... If you notice I stated the tire had been checked for tread depth two weeks prior. The unmitigated gall of this person to try the tread trick. I'm very familiar with the tread law/policy so I'm familiar with the BS he was trying to sell me as well. The absolute worse... Now I'll take my wife's vehicle to GMC to have the issue corrected then at 60,000 - 70,000 miles on those tires I'll go to Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center to purchase new tires. Will not ever take my vehicles to this location again. My wife has only one vehicle that we got new tires with road warranty through this location. 2 of the tires have developed rim leaks that need repair. Their only answer to this is to drop the car off and they will "Try" to have it back to me in 2 days. I explained that this is her only vehicle and we can set up an appointment so she can wait for the car, to which they kept saying "we don't do it that way". They apparently can set an appointment for 2 weeks out for this repair, but new tire replacements take priority in the schedule and she could be there all day waiting. I saved a little by going with Belle Tire in the first place, but I am now going back to Discount Tire, paying for the repair, and then buying the road warranty from Discount Tire. I was prepared to drop a 5 star review on this Belle Tire but as usual life got in the way. Turns out, procrastination was a good thing this time. First day back to work after a week off and the GF had a right rear tire that was looking pretty low. Instead of risking the trip all the way to Novi and back I step in white knight style and offer to take care of it and allow her to push my whip to work. I'm the best, I know. Anyhow, roll up to Belle Tire just before 8am to get this bad boy fixed or replaced. Only one guy working so I wait a bit but it's right after they opened so no big deal. He writes me up, I have my old man pick up and take me home. Not even an hour later homeboy calls me and tells me I'm all set. Word. I come back up, it was just a repair job - no replacement was needed. $20 and I'm on my way. Only problem is, the next morning, the tire is flat again, WTF?!?! Now instead of looking like a pimp with the misses I look like a slacker who didn't take care of anything. Ugh. I needed ONE tire replaced and it took about 5 hours. It was a Saturday, true, but I arrived first thing when they opened, was told three hours, and then it took almost twice as long. And I just showed up because they estimated it would be ready when I called to check on the status of my car. Who knows how much longer I would have had to wait if I didn't just show up. Came here on Black Friday to have tires that I already bought mounted and installed, as well as to have an alignment due to some uneven wear noted on my old tires. What I didn't anticipate is that this is a busy day for Tire Shops too! It was pretty busy, but I live close, and had a ride, so I was fine leaving it there to get done. (Over the phone, they said it would be a couple hours at least, without any backlog) They promised by 3pm. So off I went. I got the call just before noon that my truck was ready! I was very pleased, as I was able to scoot in at lunch and pick it up without taking time off of work. Pulling out of the place, I could immediately feel the difference in the alignment and tires. With the price I paid, and not making a purchase, I know my service wasn't at the biggest profit, but they did a great job getting me done quickly and well. And my luglock key was on the seat when I got in my truck! My husband has had to go back to 'his tire place' twice over the past year to pick his key up. I had what I thought was a slow leak in my passenger rear tire. I couldn't get to this Belle location until ten minutes before they closed. Chris Z. waited on me right away and was very professional and friendly. If I hadn't gotten there so late, he gave me the sense that they would have tried hard to look at my tire right then. I returned at 7:50am the next day and there was Chris. He was as friendly first thing in the morning as he was at the end of his day. I was the first customer there, so they took my car first (that's the secret!). Within 30 minutes, my car was ready and I couldn't have asked for a better price. My advice is to get there as close to 8am as you can. The day I was there, by 8:05, there were six more customers. They have free coffee and free copies of the morning paper. Very disappointing to find that you're not as important to have a tire repaired as you were buying a new set of tires. Very sales-y location. I won't be back. Chris told me over the phone that they could get a half set of tires mounted for me by the end of the day, despite them being kind of busy, by the end of the day (I also informed them that I have a pair of brand new tires, I just need them put on because I wasn't sure I'd make it back home due to the condition of my current tires; important detail for later). So I got there, informed them that I've got a bit of dry rot and a couple sidewall bulges; pairing that with older aluminum wheels, I have one tire that loses at least 10psi a day... all passenger side. I asked them to do a basic rotation as well, due to that, so my good tires are both on the back and I don't have any bulges, dropped it off (I'm an hour away from my house at this point, so I was kind of just walking around... I don't know anyone who's gonna sit there for the 4-5hrs they had until close). No perceivable issue at all, so I get about 10min away on foot, and sure enough, I get a call from Chris saying "yeah unfortunately we were under the wrong impression. We thought you'd be buying tires from us; we're not gonna even try to squeeze you in if we're not gonna sell you tires." Now, I understand I didn't set up any appointment or anything, BUT if you tell me that you can do it, do it. It's not something to base off of stipulations, especially when I made it clear that I'd be bringing in a pair of BRAND NEW tires that I'd already purchased. It's a holiday weekend, it's my only day off and my tires are to the point where I may have to tow my car not only home from work, but to the shop on my next day off, because they changed their tone as SOON as it registered that they won't be making a TIRE sale... if it comes down to that, you can be SURE it won't be towed to a Belle Tire location after that... thankfully nothing has happened yet, but I'm absolutely beyond pissed. read more

I have been a loyal Belle Tire customer for 10 years or more. Even prior to covid the service at Belle Tire has been slipping. I'm not sure if it they are having a hard time finding or retaining good mechanics, but wait times have gone way up and the quality of the work and customer services has gone way down. I get it, you are so busy and backed up that I have to leave my car for 2 days to have a 20 minute nail repair completed. I guess that is a good problme to have, but that kind of service and response from a business that is first come first serve gets people angry. Maybe you could get away with the first come first serve years ago, but not anymore. Start paying the mechanics more to get and retain better help, and for gods sake, start working from appointments instead of first come first serve so at least people don't walk in with the expectation they are going to get service while they wait. read more

Belle Tire gives you "free" tire rotations. That is, if you have nothing else to do for 3 hours. After trying three times to get a rotation, and each time I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. That is not "free". Finally went to a competitor to pay to have it done. When they heard my story they rotated them for free. I have a new tire store now. Belle Tire employees are arrogant and don't deserve my business. read more
