Was in a text conversation with Bryan, asked him the three questions I had already emailed twice to two other people. Temp plate? Total cash price with fees? Warranty? No warranty? With 2017 and only 8k? What if the engine blows on the way home to NY? We can add a 3mo/4k warranty for $399. Ok, all is good, sent drivers license pictures when he asked and was moving forward. Next day he says what's next? I said we are waiting on you! You tell me what's next. Send me the info, we wire the money. A bit later would you want to do a deposit; I have another sales guy working on selling the car? No. We will pay in full. Why bother with a deposit? He sends the info, we wire the money, and we sent him the confirmation so he knows it's solid, and a few hours later he says....bad news, the car sold to the other person. Like.....hello?? We sent you the full money! And the confirmation that it was sent! If you still didn't believe it, well then call the bank! Or if you need a "refundable deposit" then say so! He said, we will overnight a check back to you immediately. I called the next day to confirm that because we are trying to buy another car now and need that money. I called with a minimum of two business hours left that day, left two voicemails, one with each person in accounting and neither of them called me back on that business day, nor yet at 11 the next business day and we have not seen our money returned yet. Since it was the holiday in between, I don't expect the check to show up until today, but if it doesn't and they are not even courteous enough to call me and confirm my ,money transaction being sent back to me minute by minute and hour by hour like I did for them when I sent it, then they are exactly as my opening line says. Because they don't walk the talk that they require of myself, their supposed to be client, but....who would want to be their client or trust their integrity after the treatment they just gave me?

We bought a truck from him and a week later the engine light came on and it needs over $21k worth of repairs and they wont do anything about it except claim how we were going to fix the truck was illegal and hopefully i have a good lawyer. I have no doubt it would have been longer had I not stopped by in person and told Chris I would be there on Friday, July 11, to pick up my car, whether I drive it out or tow it out. I had AAA and another collision shop standing by. In March, right after my accident, Chris asked me what I would be willing to pay to have my car fixed. I gave him a figure, and he underbid that. (I did not have collision on my insurance at the time.) He asked for 80% up front and I paid it. He promised to have my car done by the end of April. He was making my car a priority. I was healing sprained hands and didn't go back to work until May 12. On May 9, Chris said the parts were painted but still had to be assembled. Give him one more week and he'd cover the cost of the car rental, which sounded generous, but then all the delays and deception began. It was one excuse after another. Tuesday, July 8, when I stopped in, I demanded to see my car before I left. It was buried behind a row of other cars in his lot. The hood was one piece (the damage had all been on the passenger side front), but there was no grill or headlights. It didn't look like much was done and I wondered how he was going to finish this by Friday. Of course, he didn't. He found a broken part behind the radiator and had to order it from Fords. Monday he would take it to Quick Lane for a front-end alignment. The Quick Lane mechanics found a broken control arm on the passenger side that Chris had not noticed! I paid $1,000 for the control arm and the alignment. I picked up my car at Quick Lane to find there was no AC! In this heat? Are you kidding me? I drove to Tom's Collision to collect the promised reimbursement for the last month of car rentals (8 weeks!), which he honored. Could I bring it back when I have a couple hours? No! He had 14 weeks and didn't get it done! I took it to Gorno Ford to fix the AC and paid again for these parts and services I paid to Chris up front in March. Meanwhile, I was back at Enterprise renting a car. Chris reimbursed me for the AC, but not without resistance. I thought maybe my first mistake was not checking reviews on Google before I accepted Chris's offer. Boy was I right! There are 50 reviews out here, and most of them are 1 star. He delays and deceives all of his customers and thinks he's doing us all a favor! He told me once, "My problem is I have too big a heart." Is this man living in the real world? What customers want is for a company to do their job with excellence in a timely manner and charge a fair price, not pity and the semblance of charity. When I picked up my car from Gorno's this afternoon and stopped in Tom's Collision for reimbursement for the 9th week of car rental and the AC Chris never finished, he started showing his true colors. He resisted. I demanded. He finally gave me a check for the AC but refused the car rental. He said, "I'm not the one who crashed my car!" There it is, Folks. Take your business elsewhere for your own peace of mind and for a job well done. Tom's Collision cannot provide that. And if Lyon's Towing recommends Tom's Collision, like they did to me, tell them, "Shame on you!"

Great work, a fraction of the cost of their nearby competitor and very personable experience beginning to end. All the reasons to support local Mom and Pop shops.
