He said no you can't see it either and generally seemed disinterested in my business. I pointed out to him that the other two estimates they got down under the vehicle and just stuck their head under the back end and looked, and they could see the damage. He insisted that they couldn't see the damage so feeling like I couldn't trust this business I left and he encouraged me to go somewhere else so I did.

I took my car to J & J Collision the next day (a Saturday), just expecting them to get me a new door, but they far exceeded my expectations. At the time of the accident, my car was essentially three different colors. I had sun damage on the entire front half. Last year, I took it to Lafontaine (where I purchased the car) to repaint the hood. Lafontaine did a terrible job, painting my hood at least 3 shades lighter than it was supposed to be and tried to charge me extra to fix some nonexistent dents in the hood. I took "before" pictures, so I know that there were no dents. I was really impressed with the communication I had with Waled and the rest of the staff. They kept me informed about what was going on with my car, and were very clear about how exactly much I would pay out of pocket to have the sun damaged areas painted. It was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. It looked brand new and was all one color. The painter was able to blend my hood, sun damaged sides, door and back of the car together seamlessly. I paid extra for it, and it was so worth it. My car actually looks much better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend J & J Collsion.

Each and every time time they have been throughout, friendly, and trustworthy. On my last oil change they ran a complementary overall vehicle check and ended up finding a problem, that if left unchecked, would have been very expensive down the road. And without me even having to ask, they brought me back and showed/explained the problem, along with answering all my questions. Communication during all services/repairs has always been easy and timely. VIP's customer service is top notch as well. When my car had to stay there for a few days, I was offered (at no cost) a ride from and back to the shop to pick up my car. (I lived very close at the time and realize that may be a factor going forward.) During the last repair, they were also able to give me a loaner car, which took away so much of the stress that comes along with having a car in the shop.
