Starting with the super friendly front desk staff, everyone at Ross-Beakes was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Throughout my entire process of getting my 2018 Honda CRV repaired, the team at Ross-Beakes kept in close communication with me, provided information and details of possible scenarios, and took the time to answer any questions I had. They were up front about estimates and honest about the expected time frame for repair. The team more than delivered on their promise. They worked closely with State Farm insurance and have won a bunch of awards for Honda service. When I picked up my CRV I had a question about a panel that had been previously damaged while parked and the front desk staff went back and got the service staff to explain to me the issue and breakdown of the cost to repair in depth. They are always busy but take care of every individual customer. I've had a total of two issues I've brought into this place. The first one was a piece on my prior 2008 Honda Civic which they fixed for free and the gentleman tried to decline my cash tip at first. Then repairing the rear of my CRV was an extremely smooth process. Additionally, thy washed my car and cleaned the inside of it (which had nothing to do with the rear damage) and it looks great! I will definitely always be returning to Ross-Beakes if the need arises.

They were all more than pleased with the results. Recently, my cousin backed into his wife's Mercury Milan, with his F-250 pickup truck. He put a large 2 foot dent into the side door. Within a week, George had restored this car back to mint condition. His workers did an amazing job, and did it for a fraction of the cost that other large nearby body shops quoted him. Therefore, I recommend this place hands down over anyone else in the area.
