This is honestly the best customer service I've ever received for any type of service and the team went above and beyond my wildest expectations for any type of service in the automobile industry. Starting with the super friendly front desk staff, everyone at Ross-Beakes was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Throughout my entire process of getting my 2018 Honda CRV repaired, the team at Ross-Beakes kept in close communication with me, provided information and details of possible scenarios, and took the time to answer any questions I had. They were up front about estimates and honest about the expected time frame for repair. The team more than delivered on their promise. They worked closely with State Farm insurance and have won a bunch of awards for Honda service. When I picked up my CRV I had a question about a panel that had been previously damaged while parked and the front desk staff went back and got the service staff to explain to me the issue and breakdown of the cost to repair in depth. They are always busy but take care of every individual customer. I've had a total of two issues I've brought into this place. The first one was a piece on my prior 2008 Honda Civic which they fixed for free and the gentleman tried to decline my cash tip at first. Then repairing the rear of my CRV was an extremely smooth process. Additionally, thy washed my car and cleaned the inside of it (which had nothing to do with the rear damage) and it looks great! Just wanted to report a fabulous experience with this place. My bumper fell off after someone must have tapped it in a parking lot. I brought it in for an "estimate," and as part of the "estimate" process, the RB owner took 3-4 pieces off of the front of my car, bent them back into shape, reattached them with a few extra pieces of small hardware, and it was good as new. In other words, the "estimate" involved fixing my car completely! I said "I'd love to pay you for your time," and he said, "don't worry about it, it only took me a bit, I'm happy to help!" I have now gone to Ross Beakes twice. Once for a repaint and the second time to replace the dented back hatch. Both experiences were very positive. The first time, not every section that was supposed to be completed was done, but they quickly set up another time to fix this and even dropped the car off at my home afterwards. My Civic had just turned seven months old when someone else somewhat smushed its rear end. Fortunately, Ross-Beakes is an "approved shop" with my insurance company, so I quickly took it in for an estimate. Only had to wait a week for the parts to come in. Got a new rear bumper, new trunk lid, new tail light housings...and they matched the paint perfectly. It only took 3 days too! We had to have a door on our brand new 2014 Chevy Cruse replaced. A woman driving an SUV backed into the door and crushed it. Josh and his team made a temporary fix so the passenger door could be used. They ordered the parts, installed and painted the door. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle. The color and finish matched exactly and the car is like new again. Great workmanship and customer service. Same quality experience as twenty five years ago when I used them in another incident. These guys are good as it gets. I have used them three times now, and each time my car came backing looking better than before the accident, as they fixed minor bumps and scratches without charging any extra. They are extremely customer friendly, getting me a discount rent-a-car rate because my insurance didn't cover it. This last time, the repair took a week longer than expected due to blizzards in the mid-west, which held up their parts delivery -- Ken offered to pay for my rental car for all the days that delivery of the repaired vehicle was held up beyond the date they had promised it. We unfortunately have had to use Ross-Beakes services three times over the course of the last six months (bad luck, I guess). At times when accidents are stressful and annoying, the staff at Ross-Beakes somehow makes the situation more tolerable. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They are quick with estimates and worked directly with our insurance company to get them what they needed for the claims. The work is always done well and they deliver in the timeframe promised. The only downside is that they are often so busy, it can sometimes take weeks to get on their schedule. read more

Pretended to not know anything about my vehicles damage. They made an estimate for over $7000 because my car is a "Luxury car". It was nothing more a slightly dented quarter panel.
