Yeah, I came in with a problem with my car, quick diagnosis, BUT the charge was more like a dealership charge. They fixed the car right away, and I don't want to go into details but be prepared for the payment. True, they have late hours and are convenient. Best place I've had my car serviced. They're quick, affordable, polite, and they know what they are doing. There's never "bring your car next week" nonsense, not now, not during Covid when everyone used the same lame excuse, not firing poker vortexes and disasters. The worst auto repair shop I've ever dealt with. The owner was rude, Dishonest and took far longer to get my car done than promised. If he had a been remotely apologetic about the screwup, it would be a far different matter. Yells and blames everyone else. I'm clearly not the only one to have this issue, when I went to finally pick my car up, he was yelling at some other customer in the most nasty way. I've seen Majid for my last few auto issues. I'm new to this, as I've always leased. From the gas station to the repair shop? I've not ever been treated so well. They are honest, kind, priced fairly, and very accommodating. VERY accommodating. They went out of their way to be sweet to my children. I'm a hard-sell and this place is never going to lose me as a client; my GIRLS will go here when they have a car. With the way this place handles my car and me? First of all; this business A2Auto Center--is Not in Good Standing with the State of Michigan since 3/1/22. Check for yourself through LARA-State of Michigan-business entity search. I was ripped off $159 for nothing done to my air conditioner at ALL!!!! I just spoke to the owner (Majed Kahala)-he goes by a Fake Name of (Pete); and he said that it is the compressor now. He said that it would be another ($1000, starting estimate for that.) Majed Kahala took my $159, and said my air conditioning was fixed great yesterday. When I asked for a refund today, he said, "No," that the $159 was just for looking at it. Are you kidding me??? Furthermore, A2Auto Center is very sexist against women. All in all, no wonder Majed Kahala uses a fake name (Pete), because he is a RIP-OFF SCAM ARTIST. I'm going to be filing a complaint-against this Sham of a so-called business. I broke a bolt on my thermostat housing by accidentally over tightening it. They removed the broken bolt and had my car running and back on the road THE SAME DAY. A2 Auto came to my rescue. After having a collision that took off my driver's sideview mirror and caused other bodywork damage I needed the van back in action quicker than insurance was moving. This was especially stressful because the van is handicapped-accessible for my son and a very crucial part of his life. Majed, the owner, fit the van in quickly and fixed the mirror damage while we waited. I brought the car back and he was ready for me, getting the body work done when promised within a day! So, so impressed! I will never go anywhere else. I needed new shocks and struts on my 12-year-old Honda. Adam (I think that was his name) gave me a good price and got the work done quickly. When I went to pick up the car he said he wasn't happy with the quality of the parts that came in but he knew I needed the car back right away for a trip I mentioned I needed to take. He said the struts would get me on my way but that I should bring the car back when I returned so he could replace the struts with better ones at no charge to me. I never would have even known there was a problem with the first ones he put on. His honesty impressed me so much that I'll never go anywhere else. While I was there he also did an oil change and gave the car a once-over to let me know if he noticed any other problems. Adam had the chance to talk me into work I didn't really need but he was honest with that too. He did recommend new windshield wipers (which I agreed I needed) so I got those. Fair price, quality work, honest service and fast turn-around. What more could you ask for? read more

The service is fast, they barely charge anything for labor, they have convenient weekend and late hours, and they're good at explaining whatever the issue is. I take my car here for everything. Needed a repair on my rear shocks after hitting a pothole. They took care of this in 1 day, reasonable price and responsive service.

My car would not start or acknowledge that the key was in the ignition. I had to call a tow truck to jump my car (obviously not a battery problem), and he recommended this place. I pulled up and noticed it was attached to this small gas station but trust me, you're at the right place! I went in and told him that I just got my battery replaced, but when I turn my car off, it won't start/lock/do anything. He figured it was a poor connection and went and checked it RIGHT AWAY. The same thing happened to him, but he was able to fix a few loose ends on the battery and what not, all why showing me and describing it. He was very kind, and fixed it under 5 minutes. The service was so fast, reliable when I got there, and professional. When I asked how much, he just walked away and said nothing. He did the small changes for free.....what a place.
