These folks have been around a long time and are respectful of autos and property. They are timely. For Ann Arbor, the prices are fair.

That soon grew to include another 45 minutes, followed by an extra 20, then yet another 20, and finally, they claimed it would be only 10 more minutes. That was well over 5 hours in the past. Regrettably, instead of providing an alternative towing service, Progressive Insurance just asked us to continue waiting. I'll be posting my critique of their services shortly. Honestly, don't bother spending your precious time or hard-earned money on this service.

They were at my home within 45 minutes, and the awesome guy who jumped my battery gave us all the info we needed. He tested the battery and checked the date, and suspected it would not last long even after the jump and shared his company would bring a battery and replace it if I requested it. Initially, I thought this all had to be done through Progressive, but nope. I called them on my own and get it done. And so I did. Tee took 22 minutes to arrive to my house and within 15 minutes my battery was changed, and the car was ready to go for less than it would have taken to be jumped and driven to an auto parts store for the right battery. I was given advice about how long it would last, and I am considering taking on AAA at some point just because of how great the experience was. Very thankful for them, but also super lucky that I was already home and safe.

It is not climate controlled as it says on their website. It was damp, stinky and moldy. it was called Cubesmart when we dropped off and now Devon Storage when we picked up. The lady at the desk recommended that we start a claim to recover some of our damages. We'll see how that goes. Saw several similar posts from other parents on Univ of Michigan parents Facebook pages. Consider yourself warned. Do not use this facility.

I moved my things in early September, 2023, and at that time the cost of the unit was 60% the final rate. I was considering filing a claim for any damages and contract violation until I learned that CubeSmart had sold the facility to Devon, and checking Devon unit rates/month, realized that I didn't have to move the contents of the unit into an off-site facility after all to avoid feeling like I was being ripped-off. The facility had fallen into dilapidation over the two years I was renting a fairly large unit, initially very clean, cool inside, and definitely reduced humidity: climate controlled - well into early Spring, 2024. When I arrived again after a year out of area in late June 2025 and through the middle of July, visiting the facility was an ordeal, realizing I had been paying well above market rate for an undersized unit, and that there was no climate control. I had to set up two fans I had in my unit (outlet was conveniently placed right outside my unit door) to keep from sweating all over my things, which require strict climate control in most cases. Many units had been vacated, light fixtures were hanging from their brackets as if the place had been vandalized. The front security sliding doors had been jammed open and did not close, off their guide rails. All of this ended with new management, and the place is returning to its former acceptable condition. The former manager was still excellent and polite, but the facility was unusually understaffed (despite the exorbitant rates). I feel for the CubeSmart manager. This was a CubeSmart ownership neglect issue. Devon appears to be a much more ethical and responsible company who has a business model that values quality and customer loyalty. They were very interested in me reporting any issues and making sure that my new unit rate was the lowest possible. There was no upselling or hint of secrecy in mentioning aspects of the takeover. I strongly disadvise against CubeSmart as a company, but Devon is not CubeSmart - I investigated this - and is not an affiliate.
