He needed to have the vehicle towed to Canton. Henderson Towing & Auto Repair in Oak Park told us it would be $250 and the wait would be 1 hour. Instead, we sat and waited over 2.5 hours with 3 phone calls to obtain an ETA, and got the run around each time. So, using Google I found T&T's Towing. I told the gentleman our situation. He was told the vehicle was also an AWD (because you can only use a flatbed with AWDs), and our location. He gave us a very reasonable price, told us he would be there in 10 minutes, and he was! He held to his word! Upon arriving, he was courteous, got the vehicle loaded onto the flatbed, and delivered it to the repair shop as requested. If I ever need a towing service in the future, I will be calling T&T's Towing.

I found this service by doing a Yelp search…read more I was stranded on a Saturday. My call was answered immediately and the dispatcher sent someone to meet me. I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable.
