I called almost every auto repair shop in Chelsea, Dexter, and even Ann Arbor area but nobody was willing to touch this 37 year old car. Then I called Jeff who was willing to take a look. I got the car towed to the shop and John got the seized nut out, remove the bracket and replaced the water pump. The cooling system was refilled and tested for no leak. I was very impressed by the professionalism and excellent service. I know now where I can get our collectable Honda serviced when I cannot do it myself. Thank you the excellent service team at Kern.

Really?? making money on a stroke victim. Great business practices. So if anyone needs a used car we will be happy to sell it. Headed for Market Place - I was not going to let him rob the family of $1500.

The expressway was so backed up because of the accident it was going to take my brother forever to even get to us to take us all home. Mark loaded up my Jeep and had us hop in with him and had us put our dog on our lap so he wouldn't be by himself in the Jeep and took us to an exit where there was a gas station/subway so it was easier for my brother to get to us. When we got to Subway he jumped out of his truck and went in and got a cup of water for our dog and stayed with us until my brother got there to make sure we were okay.
