That proved I didn't bring my car in with a bad fuel gauge. No apology or anything to me. Unfortunately, after the final repair and them explaining that the new part was an aftermarket part, my car now sounds like crap with constant hissing sounds and gas smells even months after the "repair." They are rude, have terrible customer service, and are overpriced. I will NEVER take another vehicle to this place ever again!! They give honest, upfront estimates of what needs to be repaired before they do any work your vehicle, which is at a far better price than most dealerships or other auto repair businesses offer. Bruce, and his team have extensive experience with all makes of Honda and Toyota vehicles. As an ASE Master Certified Technician specializing in Honda products, he strongly recommends using authentic auto parts from these two trusted brands, and not generic, third-party manufacturers. Likewise, I've had my Civic tuned up and it runs like a champ, at less than half the price quoted by three other auto shops in the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti area. No matter what the make or model of vehicle you own, be it domestic or foreign, Bruce and his team of dedicated mechanics will repair it no matter what the problem is. After having numerous mechanics work on my car and still not fix the problems correctly, I was beginning to lose hope. Then I took my car to Convenience Auto Repair and spoke with Matt and Pat. They listened to my concerns, found the issues, took pictures of the issues and sent them to me before the work was done and they fixed my car properly. I had repairs done in the past, including replacing the slave cylinder clutch hydraulic line and the parking brake cable, but the problems still weren't completely resolved until Convenience Auto Repair worked on my car. Now my car is running like it's brand new! It's such a relief to finally have a car that drives the way it should. Matt and Pat were professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process.
