Brought it in a little after 2 on Friday, 6/12/26 to have it looked at. From the beginning Bryan was very helpful & accommodating to our situation. He got our truck in right away, was able to get us rides to & from the campground. Turned our situation over to Corey, from there, Corey was able to get our truck fixed and out before closing time. I would highly recommend Atchinson Ford of Belleville, MI! Thank you to all who made our day less stressful! From Bryan, Corey, the workers and our driver :) Steger, Illinois

Given his outside business dealings, it is reasonable to question how much trust can be placed in someone in a position responsible for car safety and customer service. When an individual shows a pattern of unethical conduct, it naturally calls into question their judgment and reliability in professional settings that directly impact safety and responsibility. Customers should be cautious.

When my son called the service department they were closed and the sales department suggested he have the car towed to the dealership. This is unbelievable and unacceptable that he is paying out of pocket for towing and LaFontaine Kia potentially has destroyed a brand new 2026 Kia K5 engine. This is what you get when you use a dealership. Think twice before going to LaFontaine Kia for service, you may need a new car after their lack of service. Call 1800Sam!

My situation: New Job and from Arizona…read more Problem: Weak Battery, 20k service, and gulp, my transmission is jerky, surging, slippy, and acceleration poor. The transmission is a known issue and I'm worried. Vehicle: 2017 Colorado My expectations: Medium to low; things like sorry sir can't duplicate, battery is fine, oil changed, and pay up. I needed a loaner car. The actuality: First of all I'm not going to name any names because everything is a team effort and the team in the service department were all fantastic and exceptional. There is enough information in my post for the management there to identify who I am and who worked with me if needed. I was checked in quickly and my loaner was ready when I arrived just had to do some paperwork of course. That night my loaner had major issues, but by 0800 the next morning my loaner was swapped out like no problem. They had my truck for a couple days to check it out. I went to get my truck and was told everything was fixed and good to go (they confirmed the problem and repaired my truck!). I was in and out very quickly and at a very reasonable price for the service they provided. I ran my truck hard on the way back to my place and drove it normally trying to duplicate the issues I was having when I took it in. Everything worked perfectly and actually better than when I first got it. When I was looking for a place to take my truck it looks like I made the right choice and I totally recommend them and I'll definitely be back again. Thank you everyone, Zachary
