The transmission is a known issue and I'm worried. Vehicle: 2017 Colorado My expectations: Medium to low; things like sorry sir can't duplicate, battery is fine, oil changed, and pay up. I needed a loaner car. The actuality: First of all I'm not going to name any names because everything is a team effort and the team in the service department were all fantastic and exceptional. There is enough information in my post for the management there to identify who I am and who worked with me if needed. I was checked in quickly and my loaner was ready when I arrived just had to do some paperwork of course. That night my loaner had major issues, but by 0800 the next morning my loaner was swapped out like no problem. They had my truck for a couple days to check it out. I went to get my truck and was told everything was fixed and good to go (they confirmed the problem and repaired my truck!). I was in and out very quickly and at a very reasonable price for the service they provided. I ran my truck hard on the way back to my place and drove it normally trying to duplicate the issues I was having when I took it in. Everything worked perfectly and actually better than when I first got it. When I was looking for a place to take my truck it looks like I made the right choice and I totally recommend them and I'll definitely be back again. Thank you everyone, Zachary

I had a unique job for them (concession trailer) and they got me in and out in 10 days. The workmanship was excellent (although Scott kept telling me it wasn't a perfect job-and I would expect no less from a true craftsman).
