Really pleased! My little 10-year-old Forester had never been detailed - 10 years of dogs, camping, gardening, and building projects. Easy communication, and so awesome he came to the house and got the whole job done in under 2 hours. Highly recommend. Thank you! read more

definitely worth the money. made my car look/smell like it came off the car lot. Also takes pride his work.

The good: Rich is responsive and offers fair value The bad: he failed to show up three times. It was a different excuse each time. Bummed the company wasnt good becausw mobile service would be ideal read more

The best in the area for mobile detailing, thank you! Very professional and a great value.

Another fantastic job! Third or fourth time I've worked with Aaron and always extremely happy with the results. Great value, great work, and great result! read more

I set this detail up long distance and Aaron communicated very well and followed through on everything he said he would do. The car looks amazing and my daughter is one happy camper. Thank you. read more

I got my Subaru Outback fully cleaned in and out for a flat $180 which I thought was really reasonable! Aaron did an amazing job and I'm so glad I found mobile detailing bc the job took almost 3 hours and was very thorough, without the inconvenience of having to sit at someone else's shop for that duration of time. I highly recommend them! read more

They did a great job with my dad's car. I live out of state but it was easy to coordinate with them to get the full detail done. Very good price and my dad was very pleased with the results. We got their showroom shine type detail. read more

Aaron is a true professional. I'm a recent transplant to A2 and will say that this is the best detailing job I've ever received! Aaron was on-time, thorough, and made my car look like it's right out of the showroom. His website description doesn't do justice to the quality of his work. Very high value for a very reasonable price. read more

I'm not one to write a bad review, especially of a small business, but come on. I had an appointment for car cleaning at my home at 12:30. I remember exactly my conversation with Aaron. My kids have an appointment till 12, so I knew I needed the 12:30. He wanted a morning appointment, which I couldn't do. I offered to rush to get back here for a noon-ish appointment, but he specifically said the extra 1/2 hour didn't make a huge difference and we made the appointment for 12:30. So 12:30 comes and goes. I call, and Aaron tells me they were here for 14 minutes from 11:45 to 12. Huh? My appointment was for 12:30 though? No, Aaron insists my appointment was for 12-12:30. Well, no, it wasn't. But EVEN IF IT WAS why no call or text? And then when I called he was defensive about it, which I can see in his responses to other poor reviews. I can roll with an honest mistake, but there was zero attempt to problem-solve. My feedback would be to update your appointment system and include a confirmation email or text. Then, if there's a miscommunication, it can get cleared up before you lose business. read more

The car looks better than brand new. They did everything that's on the website and was able to get all of the dog hair out of the car. Aaron even made recommendations on how to take car of the clear coat and to prevent further damage. I definitely recommend them for anyone who wants the inside and out detailed. read more

I drove from California with my cat. Therefore, the exterior was full of dead bugs and interior with cat hair all over the place. Needed detailing fast and Aaron fit me into the schedule. I doubted about this place at first because it looks like a warehouse in the middle of nowhere. But all my doubt went away after they finished the job. Outside is shiny and clean. Inside is free from cat hair. It is worth the money for sure! read more

Their website says "convenient" but it isn't at all. No mobile service, and no pick up and drop off. You have to schedule weeks in advance. Their location is in the middle of nowhere- it cost me $25 to get there from Ann Arbor using Uber and it looked like an abandoned warehouse (see pix). Aaron has a nice phone manner, but wasn't remotely accommodating. I got the YELP deal for $135 and the service wasn't worth more than that. They started on the car at 9:30 and were done by 11:30. The outside was shiny but not spotless. The inside was clean but definitely not detailed (see pix). read more

Aaron did a great job on a filthy and long-neglected car with a ton of salt ground into the carpet. I had some scheduling issues but he was very flexible and reasonable. He'll definitely become a part of my spring cleaning regimen. read more

Edit: Added photos I've had my Jeep for a little over a year and sadly never cleaned the inside. Add to the mix a 60 lbs white staffy who sheds a lot with a black interior -- enough said. The guys did an amazing job! I forgot what the inside looked like when it was new! I had a couple notes before they started (one was that there was a live power lead for my ham radio and be careful not to get it wet). He reiterated these notes to me when I got back to my car ensuring me the notes were followed. He went over my whole car showing me each area. I opted to go to them and it only about an hour and a half. Long enough to grab lunch at the bbq place down the street and get a short walk in. Also, when I called the first time to make my appointment, I had many questions. He took the time to answer them all and wasn't trying to rush me off the phone. I will definitely use them again!! Thanks guys, I love my clean ride!! read more

My car was in dire need of detailing. Aaron did an amazing Job! First, he was very prompt in answering my questions and setting up an appointment was easy. He transformed my car and now it looks Dealership brand new. He even got out tough stains, which was very impressive. Very fair price. Overall, will use them again and recommend to all! read more

Hey folks, this is a great place for auto detailing. $100 for an interior only shampoo and cleaning, which takes roughly 2 hours. I'm usually a drive-thru $20 car wash gal and self-windexer, but I decided after a nasty winter to get my interior thoroughly shampooed and cleaned. My floor boards looked like a coagulated mix of crusted snow, salt, and dirt melded with hair and lint that no drive-thru could fix. Found this place on yelp and made an appointment. Don't be fooled though, he's busy! I had to book a week in advance, but it worked out. Dropped off my car and it was ready within 2 hours. Note to self though, this place doesn't have much in terms of a waiting area--you'll be waiting in the middle of nowhere. It's literally a garage located in a residential neighborhood in a remote area of Ypsilanti, I'd say a good 10 minutes drive from Ypsi's downtown. While there were one or two stains that refused budging, he got most of the grime out and my car smelled 100% fresh. Given the condition of my car, however, I believe this was a stellar job. I can't speak to a full detailing--the exterior wash, wax, works--as I only did an inside shampoo and cleaning. The $200+ packages sound like you'll leave with a brand new car feel. For me, I just needed an interior detox for my vehicle, and for a $100, this place was great! read more

Quality work at a great price! The owner worked with my schedule and even reached out to confirm the appointment with me. My wife and I had both of our vehicles cleaned and they looked as nice as they did when they were first purchased. Which is saying a lot as my vehicle is nearing 10 years old. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their services. 1st class quality and service. read more

I would give these guys 11 stars if I could. I had 2 vehicles done and they were spotless. All for a reasonable price. read more

I highly recommend Rich Decisions for your car detailing needs! Aaron, who started the company 4 years ago after winning an entrepreneurial award and start-up money for his business plan, was friendly and professional during my exchange with him. After emailing Aaron about setting up an appointment to have my Ford Focus detailed prior to my lease-end inspection, he responded within 24 hours with pricing info and we set up an appointment for two days later - so quick! My original appointment time was 1pm, but Aaron called me at 1 saying he would be a bit late as his current customer was running late. No problem. Aaron arrived at my apartment a half hour later, and he was done with the Express Detail package ($60) within an hour. My car smelled so good; the wheels were so shiny; the exterior and windows were spotless; my leather seats were squeaky clean; my dash was dust-free; and Aaron even shampooed the floor carpets for free! I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of Aaron's business, including the reasonable pricing considering they quick turn-around time of the cleaning and the at-your-door service. Aaron is an extremely personable young man - I've already recommended Rich Decisions to two of my friends! read more

I received a gift certificate for National Detail Pros for my birthday. (They are a national company that has a local company come to you for car detailing.) Aaron and another person came to my house and did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, were professional and pleasant, and took less than the estimated 2 hours. The car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out and they left it smelling wonderful. It looks brand new! I have no concerns or complaints about Rich Decisions. (I recommend booking directly with Aaron's company rather than going through National Detail Pros because I'm sure they take a cut out of the payment.) read more

Aaron's team did an AWESOME job in breathing new life to my 2016 Tundra. Well worth the time and money to get my dirty, sandy, family fun vehicle back to showroom condition. He takes all kinds of "hands-off" payment and is very COVID friendly. A major plus is that he answered the phone, followed up the day of appointment, and was flexible when I was running a few minutes late. Aaron knows customer service and is very knowledgeable in the services he provides. If you want a job well done I highly recommend Rich Decisions. read more

I have wanted to get my car detailed for a while now. I checked on Groupon and elsewhere. If Yelp r3views were not good then it was not good for me. I decided on this location because of the positive reviews. I called and was told it was pretty booked because the mobile wash was pretty busy. He told me he 3 would call me if anything opened up. He called me later that day and told me that if I got there before 4:15 than they could get me in. The place is 10mins from me so no problem. The place is in a residential area and hard to find off the road. I did not see a sign but found the address. The location was nothing to scream about and was an old lot and old building. However, I was not coming here for the ambience. They were very attentive and friendly. They cleaned my car inside and out and it looked great. I would definitely recommend the service as they pay attention to detail. read more

What a convience. I wish I had done this sooner. Aaron, the owner, came up to where I worked and did a complete detail in two hours while I schelped at my computer. It felt sooooooo good to go outside after working all day and slide my loof ass into a clean ride. Everything was done old school by hand- Aaron prepped the paint for wax with a clay bar. It felt like a baby's ass. Literaly I could have slide across the hood Dukes of Hazard style. I am a guilty car owner. My wheels were rocked- I started telling people the color of brake dust was actually in ;0 and my floor mats looked like the bottom of an AMC theater. Aaron changed all of this and frankly just in time. My lease was up and I was stressed about all the extra fees they were going to charge me for how it looked. When I took my car to the dealership they said I had done a nice job with the upkeep he he. I used a coupon that my friend was given at her apartment complex when she moved in so the total for the complete detail was $150 after my coupon. Completly worth it. read more

Today this amazing company came to my home and detailed two vans and a truck. Their attention to details was top notch. They were very friendly and top rates customer service skills. I have an 8 yr old Honda Civic that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for YEARS. I tote around my big, slobbery dog in the backseat too. So when I say this car was beyond dirty- I mean it. So I dropped my car off at the shop and went to work. (Tip: the shop is located near a residential area. You'll see a long wood/log fence and line of evergreen trees next to the driveway- that's where you turn in). Aaron notified me when the car was almost ready so I could pick it up right after work. I was so happy to see that Aaron could get it so clean. My car hasn't looked this great in so long! And he was able to get the tree sap off the exterior! (Stupid trees at work parking lot drip sap- lucky me) I would definitely recommend taking your car here and I will definitely be back. read more

I am in the process of selling my car and needed it detailed before doing so. I have a very hairy dog that comes to work with me every day and my car hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time, so the dog hair was everywhere. Aaron responded very quickly to my quote request through Yelp and had an appointment available sooner than I expected. He called when he was on his way to let me know when to expect him. He estimated a couple of hours to do a full interior detail with dog hair removal and it took almost exactly 2 hours. When he was finished he explained what was done, showed me areas that were especially tough, and had me inspect to make sure I was satisfied. I was thoroughly impressed with the job they did. My car hasn't looked this clean since I drove it out of the dealership. I would highly recommend Rich Decisions. read more

I used Rich Decisions three years ago and Aaron was awesome. He did a great job detailing my car, even fixing a side view mirror that I had bumped when pulling my car back into the garage. This time, my experience was completely different. My car was not thoroughly cleaned on the interior. The back seats were not moved at all to clean underneath them. I am not sure that my seats were shampooed, even though that was part of the package that I bought. Also, the package that I bought had originally said "interior and exterior window cleaning". The exterior windows were not cleaned. When I brought this to his attention, he changed the listing on his website. I cannot say that I'd recommend this company anymore. read more

I was not satisfied with the service. The main priority was getting my wife's Terrain detailed for an event she was attending that Saturday afternoon. I made an appointment to wash, clay, polish, wax Two vehicles and detail the interior of both; a Sierra and Terrain for $230. They showed up on time but after the guys told me I only told them on the phone to do interior on one car and only the exterior on the other the price went up to $275. They ended up only finishing the exterior on the Sierra and the interior on the Terrain because they had another appointment for $230. The "claying" was not done by clay bar but by spraying a product containing clay and wiping it off. The "polishing" was not polish but only a wax containing a polishing agent. This was also done with turtle wax, not the premium stuff shown on their website that they claim to use. One car wash later there is no evidence of wax (beading of water, no wax feel/touch). The interior of my wife's 2012 Terrain looks ok if you like that greasy look, yes it was clean inside. They did not even wash the outside of the Terrain which was a very high priority. Full disclosure: I did call Aaron a few days before service and told them they may only have time to do one vehicle and that the terrain was most important at the time and they could come back another time to do the Sierra. So in conclusion, I received half the services I told I would receive and the service was subpar. read more
