The smell was so bad, it provoked gagging and I had to drive with the windows down and Vick's under my nose. Libby and Chris couldn't have been kinder to me. They laid out their plan for getting it taken care of and assured me if for any reason it has a residual odor in the next few days to bring it right in and they will do another treatment. I will be going here from now on. The waiting area was clean and bright. The staff was super friendly and the owners clearly care very much about their business and customers. Oh and the smell? It was a bag of (not anymore) frozen broccoli. Ugh!

He was not there, so I paid the guy because Mike was not there for me to talk to so I come back Wednesday to talk to Mike and show him what I was unhappy with. I pay this man $400 for wax job and the shampoo top to bottom inside and clean my motor. I pointed out everything that was not happy with it and I simply asked him would you as a owner take his car somewhere to get it done would you be happy with the money for a job like this he simply said Rob I'm sorry. Do you want to leave it here? I said you had it for two days Mike I cannot leave it no longer no compensation no refund of any sort just a I'm sorry. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was terrible. I would never go back there and I recommend if you have anything done don't go there either. The outside job he did. It is what it is but shampoo cleaning your engine or door jams you could forget that.
