I'm not sure if you can make appointments, they just told me to drop off the car between 8-9 am and pick up 4-5 pm. I think they don't accept you if they already have a lot of cars being taken care of already. The guy who serviced was very nice. The place is affordable compared to many places. I believe I got detailing done around 240 for a sedan both mobile and on a business site before. Just to be courteous, I removed everything out of my car prior other than placemats.

Exquisite Care Care made the interior look like it was new! Every little nook, cranny and crevice was touched, down to the smallest seam. Over the winter a 12oz can of concentrated orange broke under my passenger sent and went unnoticed…read morefor a week. I used pressurized water and detergent then vacuumed it. But now it is summer and it started to smell rank. From what I read it seems the battery needs to be disconnected to remove the passenger seat to thoroughly clean the carpet on the passenger side. I took it to Exquisite Car Care in Wixom and they did an awesome job. I live just a mile away and they even delivered it when they were finished. It is has been a few weeks now and the smells have been eliminated. Great job.

It was a mess even I couldn't live with. I started calling off of yelp to get help until I remembered Jeremy, who I've known since high school, owned a mobile detailing place... The nice thing about his business is he comes to you, every other place I called needed me to drop off my car for a few hours. He did an excellent job. Every nook and cranny of my Acadia is sparkling clean. I didn't need him to do the outside (it is crummy weather) but I'm sure he'd do an excellent job on it as well. And he is a genuinely nice person. Supporting a small, local business owned by really nice person...win-win in my book. Most important thing to take from this review is that he is not insured and not competent. He power washed the engine of my truck and it wouldn't start so after several attempts to resolve the issue I sold the truck.

It's the awful - and arrogant in my opinion - attitude and lackluster customer service (actually disservice) that resulted in this review. I made the arrangement for outside detailing for Sunday, April 4. I received a confirmation notice the day of the scheduled work. Also got a text stating he was on his way and would be arriving in 13 minutes. Good start! I was outside working in my yard of my condo when a saw a white van pull into the driveway and parking area in the back. Different vehicle than what I'm used to seeing, and, since it was arriving at about the expected time, I gave the driver a nod. Maybe he didn't see that. Anyway, instead of coming to the front door where I was, he stayed in the van and, ALLEGEDLY, called me 3 times. When working outside, I do not carry my phone in my pocket. According to Danny, when I didn't answer, he drove off. However, I have an iPhone and there was NO record of ANY calls made to me. His excuse? He called the number I gave him. Baloney! I believe I know my own phone number. Why didn't he do what EVERY other person who has ever come to either do an estimate or work - and there have been many of both - and come to the front door and entrance??? I was waiting for him, and had set aside my time (I work for the Air Force and am not always home) for both outside and inside detailing. Here's the really bad part. Instead of manning up and sincerely (not just saying the word) apologizing, he stated that he always waits in his van and calls first. Too much of an effort to ring a doorbell like everyone else?? In the Emails that followed, he totally disrespected me by telling ME what I should have done. I made an appointment, and I was outside waiting for him, and yet I didn't do enough to contact him? Again, what contractor shows up and doesn't come to the door? Only him. His actual work might be excellent, but his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

My car desperately needed an interior cleaning with dog's hair everywhere along with nose smudges…read moreand dirt from our hikes. My exterior was also bad with tree sap and road grime. The detailer was able to get all the dog hair out of the seats and even the little crevices between them. After the foam wash he made sure all the road grime and tree sap was off before applying the ceramic coating I asked for. This is my new detailer from now on and I don't even have to leave home.
