For $35 plus tip I received an excellent exterior wash and interior clean. They gentlemen at the beginning of the wash even opened the doors and carefully power washed the door wells. I'll definitely be back!

There was only ONE car there when I arrived and it was already being serviced. I was told (very rudely) by the old lady with glasses that it would be 3-4 hours. I walked back outside to remove my son's car seat from the vehicle, a very rude gentleman asked me to move my car loudly and abruptly before I could inform him that I no longer had my keys. Fast forward, 1:15pm I called to check on my vehicle to be informed that they had JUST started on it. I immediately asked them to stop because it had already been 5 hours and it should have been completed. When I walked in, I retrieved my keys and walked out to my car to find my gas tank wide open. I went back in and asked for a manager to inform them that I would be filing a police report because I feel as though the tampered with my car. Once inside my vehicle to my surprise, it was WORSE than when I dropped it off. Apparently they "prepped my vehicle and sprayed the door jams and now there are water marks on my ceiling around EVERY door. When I spoke to the manager, Paul, he apologized and told me he would do absolutely NOTHING for me beside clean my ceiling THAT THEY DAMAGED...and I could bring my car back and continue to wait. After 5 hours I received nothing but a damaged vehicle and inconvenience. I will be filing a police report and a claim in court for someone to correct the issues that they have caused me. I told my friend who referred me to my them to never refer anything else to me! They charge the same price as the Chevy dealership and the Chevy dealership is more efficient. This is what you get for trying to support small owned businesses. Go to Matick Chevrolet, they are the same price and will have you in and out in 2 hours or less.

As you enter, someone pre-rinses your car with a spray, but only one side(?).. and I guess the scrub the back with soapy water, this part of the process should probably be more thorough. Post-wash, car is still dirty, not a good wash, especially for the price(And this was the Best one). Mind you I came in on a Sunny day after a few days of raining, so my car had been rain-washed for 3 days in a row. Wouldn't recommend, unless you get the cheapest wash and just want light wash and rinse. Vacuums were good, a spray bottle & scrubber to wash the floor mat would be nice, but just a suggestion, has nothing to do with my review.

First, one of the vacuums didn't work so I had to wait for someone else to move so I could use their spot. Second, the wash was not the best. I also noticed dried water spots around the car once I arrived at my destination down the road. I usually get higher priced washes but I'm driving back within the week or next week so I want to save that for when I get back home to California.
