It went from a bullet size hole and cracked across the windshield within hours and further overnight. It's been over a week and it didn't crack more then 12 inches or so since. Rimon, the Safelite tech was at the condo by 10:30am, he seemed nice and arrived before his text messaged estimated time. He told us it would take about and hour. He showed us how much he would be collecting for the windshield replacement, it would be $353+ and showed me the bill before we parted to let him do his thing. He said he could call me when he's done. I said yes. He was done after 45 minutes or so. I got a text from Safelite as well as a call from the tech when he finished. He asked if I would be driving it soon or today at all. I said maybe later. He was happy to remove the setting tape for me. I said it was fine. He suggested letting it set for a couple of hours if possible. The tech was quick with running my credit card and a receipt was to be sent to my email. He was deft, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I like this easy and convenient process and will definitely do it again. Hoping it's a long while before I have to replace my windshield from road debris again though. The tech reminded me that there's a lifetime warranty on the windshield. Good to know. The non-OEM glass was made by Fuyao.

I was already working with Scott at Michigan Sandblasting and planned to have my Jeep's underbody sandblasted there. Rashid told me they could apply POR-15 afterward, so based on that I paid to have the Jeep towed down there. After it arrived, everything changed. Rashid started questioning the project and for over a week I was given the runaround. Multiple times Rashid told me he would "talk to Scott figure out a solution and call me back," but the call back never happened. Every time I followed up I got the same vague response and nothing actually moved forward. Rashid knew all of the details prior to me towing it down there. If this wasn't a job they wanted to take on, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of telling me to bring the vehicle down and spend money towing it there. It's extremely frustrating to be told something can be done, only to have the shop avoid giving a straight answer after the vehicle is already there. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer. I wasted time and money because they couldn't simply be upfront about whether they were willing to do the work.

I don't typically write reviews for bigger, well-known national chain businesses, but I had to call…read moreout this specific location's Belle Tire for truly some of the most wholesome, wonderful customer service and SERVICE SERVICE ever! It was Christmas Eve Eve last year (December 23 if you find that confusing!) and a group of us were celebrating a little friends xmas. We all piled into my friend's car to head to a store - if you remember, this was a pretty snowy, freezing weather kind of day, but the snow had let up at this point so we felt comfortable venturing outside. As we're heading to the store, my friend's car starts making some unexpected, weird noises and he pulls off into a gas station (that was closed) to inspect what was going on. Turns out, he had a flat tire and the air pump at the gas station was open, but we were fresh out of quarters in the car. As we sat there wondering what to do next, I quickly pulled up the map to see if there was a Belle Tire in the area because I knew they also have DIY air pumps for your tires. Lo and behold, there was one literally one business up from the gas station we were at - the sign was obstructed from our view by a couple of bushes, but we felt so fortunate that we didn't need to drive the car much further on a flat tire! We pull into the Belle Tire at 5 pm on December 23 and it was then that I noticed they were closing soon at 6 pm. We quickly ran inside to the warmth to ask what the best course of action would be given that they were closing within the hour. Since it was my friend's car, he was handling all the interactions with the staff, but through the updates he provided, I knew the service was exemplary! He happened to be talking to the manager and instead of the manager just doing the "bare minimum" and filling the tire with air and sending us on our way, the manager said to pull the car in so that they could quickly look at it to ensure that if they filled up the tire with air, there wasn't going to be any additional problems with the tire where it would lose the air again really quickly. Turns out, my friend's tire had a massive hole in it that would require a patch, but upon further investigation by Belle Tire's staff, that tire was pretty close to needing to be replaced anyways, along with the rest of the tires on the car. So the manager explained that rather than putting a patch on this tire, only for my friend to have take his car in in another few months to get his tires replaced completely, he recommended that they just replace all the tires now. My friend really appreciated that the manager and his team went above and beyond to fully examine the car and inform him about his options and the entire situation. The manager even said that he was trying to get his staff out as soon as possible to get home to their families given that it was Christmas Eve Eve and Belle Tire was going to be closed on Christmas Eve. So even though this would require a bit more work from his staff, he still wanted the customer (my friend) to be in the best possible situation with his car. This is truly some wonderful customer service and the manager even went in and helped his staff in servicing my friend's car as well so that it was finished as quickly as possible. We left around 7 pm - so an hour after they closed and spent a total of 2 hours there, but it was good vibes the entire time, everyone was so friendly and helpful, and it made a lasting impact on us. We talked about how wonderful of an experience that was for the rest of the evening and even now whenever we hang out and pass by that Belle Tire, we still sing its praises. I didn't catch the name of the manager or any of the staff that helped out, but from the bottom of my heart, I just want to say thank you for all being so wonderful and going above and beyond in providing the best service ever. We all appreciate it more than even this dissertation of a review can describe!! You're the best, Belle Tire!
