I'm not sure if you can make appointments, they just told me to drop off the car between 8-9 am and pick up 4-5 pm. I think they don't accept you if they already have a lot of cars being taken care of already. The guy who serviced was very nice. The place is affordable compared to many places. It was a mess even I couldn't live with. I started calling off of yelp to get help until I remembered Jeremy, who I've known since high school, owned a mobile detailing place... The nice thing about his business is he comes to you, every other place I called needed me to drop off my car for a few hours. He did an excellent job. Every nook and cranny of my Acadia is sparkling clean. I didn't need him to do the outside (it is crummy weather) but I'm sure he'd do an excellent job on it as well. And he is a genuinely nice person. Supporting a small, local business owned by really nice person...win-win in my book. I should have taken a before and after of my vehicle, the difference is incredible. Update: repeat customer today and posted after pictures. He did a great job, of course!

It's the awful - and arrogant in my opinion - attitude and lackluster customer service (actually disservice) that resulted in this review. I made the arrangement for outside detailing for Sunday, April 4. I received a confirmation notice the day of the scheduled work. Also got a text stating he was on his way and would be arriving in 13 minutes. Good start! I was outside working in my yard of my condo when a saw a white van pull into the driveway and parking area in the back. Different vehicle than what I'm used to seeing, and, since it was arriving at about the expected time, I gave the driver a nod. Maybe he didn't see that. Anyway, instead of coming to the front door where I was, he stayed in the van and, ALLEGEDLY, called me 3 times. When working outside, I do not carry my phone in my pocket. According to Danny, when I didn't answer, he drove off. However, I have an iPhone and there was NO record of ANY calls made to me. His excuse? He called the number I gave him. Baloney! I believe I know my own phone number. Why didn't he do what EVERY other person who has ever come to either do an estimate or work - and there have been many of both - and come to the front door and entrance??? I was waiting for him, and had set aside my time (I work for the Air Force and am not always home) for both outside and inside detailing. Here's the really bad part. Instead of manning up and sincerely (not just saying the word) apologizing, he stated that he always waits in his van and calls first. Too much of an effort to ring a doorbell like everyone else?? In the Emails that followed, he totally disrespected me by telling ME what I should have done. I made an appointment, and I was outside waiting for him, and yet I didn't do enough to contact him? Again, what contractor shows up and doesn't come to the door? Only him. His actual work might be excellent, but his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

My car desperately needed an interior cleaning with dog's hair everywhere along with nose smudges…read moreand dirt from our hikes. My exterior was also bad with tree sap and road grime. The detailer was able to get all the dog hair out of the seats and even the little crevices between them. After the foam wash he made sure all the road grime and tree sap was off before applying the ceramic coating I asked for. This is my new detailer from now on and I don't even have to leave home.

Spend about an hour going thru all the interior with 303 to remove the shiny spots left over and spots they totally missed. My headliner had a water stain and they clearly made no attempt to clean it. Weather tripping was still dirty on every door jam. Tight cracks in the gear shifting area still has crap in between. Exterior they chipped a piece of my paint and acted like it wasn't their fault nor took any responsibility even after I called them out. Almost wanted to return it to ask them to fix it but I don't trust them touching my truck again. Clearly other folks are having similar issues when going here so I'd recommend you avoid this place.

They offered water, coffee and snacks in their office when I dropped my truck off. My truck was flawlessly cleaned and polished when I got it back. After over a year now, despite my truck being exposed to the elements of winter, dirt, construction dust, the ceramic coating has shown signs of wearing off some but is still effectively protecting my truck's paint. I would recommend them for ceramic coatings. They are very professional and I am satisfied with the coating they put on my truck.
