With the unlimited package for only $20 a month you can go once a day for a car wash. They even have a dedicated lane for members so you breeze right through. Their vacuums are great and they have several size nozzles so you can get in the small crevices to really get the inside of your car clean. They have people towel drying after you get out of the car wash which is a nice added touch. Everyone working here has always been friendly and it seems they stay open a little later than some of the other car washes. It's a great value for their monthly package and with daily washes my car looks pretty spiffy!

I'm glad to report that the quality of the clean is still great and the folks are just as nice as before. The rogue glitter and pine needles from hauling christmas decorations, the stray sand from trips up north and a road trip to South Carolina, dog fur, sticky spilled coffee spots, etc etc, all gone. The tires were shined up, floor mats rinsed off, etc etc. The price has DEFINITELY gone up since I was here last, with a full service cleaning going for about $35 now. But for what is essentially a mini detailing and the quality of the cleaning I found the price doable. Especially since a lot of a high power self-serve vacuums can run more than a few bucks and this way I didn't have to do the labor and didn't need to scrounge up quarters. Speaking of scrounging up, tho, since I was here last the adjacent gas station has closed. Being someone who doesn't carry cash most of the time I always used the gas station as a spot to get cash back or hit the ATM so I could give the folks a tip. This time I had to run across the street to the other gas station to do it. So if you come by I highly recommend making sure you have some $$ beforehand if you're the generous type. The good news is that the Starbucks is still there, there's a dunkin next door, and a Auntie Anne's pretzel in the building now where the gas station used to be. They still have their "waiting room" but if you're peckish or thirsty there are plenty of places to grab something while you wait for your car to be cleaned!

I figured I'd have the luxury of a few guys spraying and attentively looking over my van. Boy was I wrong. I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home. Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew "seemed" professional otherwise it would have been a one star rating. 09/21/23 UPDATE: The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that's a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location. The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around. Many business get complacent or lazy when they're successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don't go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up. For four $4 less you can get a car washed right down the street with an attendant and I can run it back through if it's not clean. With this automatic one you're stuck with what you get, it doesn't print receipts like it says. I put my car windshield in front of the blowers for an entire 60 seconds and it still wasn't dry even after gong back and forth a few feet. Second, the vacuums here really blow and the pressure washer suck. It should be the other way around where the vacuums should suck and the pressure washer should blow. I could urinate harder than the pressure washing guns and the stalls have no soap half the time. Third, when you pay for your car wash at the stalls, it says a five dollar minimum but it does not tell you how much your car is being charged. It just tells you how many minutes you have. So you have no idea how much you're being charged it just gives you how many minutes you have and then by the time you wash your car it's for 8-9 minutes you're at $10 already. I can wash my car at every other cup out or spot nearby for competitors spot for half the price and know what I'm paying when I do it and not be surprised when I get my credit card bill. There's no way of knowing what you're getting charged here. Like I said, after numerous problems here over the last several years 10+ I only use them for an emergency purpose and I still have issues.

First, one of the vacuums didn't work so I had to wait for someone else to move so I could use their spot. Second, the wash was not the best. There were still dead bugs on my bumper and they half dried my car. I pulled into a parking lot down the road to see if they dried it but there was still water on the back. I also noticed dried water spots around the car once I arrived at my destination down the road. I usually get higher priced washes but I'm driving back within the week or next week so I want to save that for when I get back home to California. I'm use to drying my own car and though this was one of those places. It really frustrated me. Waste of my valuable time when I could have went somewhere else. Lesson learned.
