Tom's Collision is not worth the anxiety and aggravation. Even though they did a decent job on the…read morebody work of my 2018 Ford Fusion, they did not finish the engine in over 14 weeks! I have no doubt it would have been longer had I not stopped by in person and told Chris I would be there on Friday, July 11, to pick up my car, whether I drive it out or tow it out. I had AAA and another collision shop standing by. In March, right after my accident, Chris asked me what I would be willing to pay to have my car fixed. I gave him a figure, and he underbid that. (I did not have collision on my insurance at the time.) He asked for 80% up front and I paid it. He promised to have my car done by the end of April. He was making my car a priority. I was healing sprained hands and didn't go back to work until May 12. On May 9, Chris said the parts were painted but still had to be assembled. Give him one more week and he'd cover the cost of the car rental, which sounded generous, but then all the delays and deception began. It was one excuse after another. Tuesday, July 8, when I stopped in, I demanded to see my car before I left. It was buried behind a row of other cars in his lot. The hood was one piece (the damage had all been on the passenger side front), but there was no grill or headlights. It didn't look like much was done and I wondered how he was going to finish this by Friday. Of course, he didn't. He found a broken part behind the radiator and had to order it from Fords. Monday he would take it to Quick Lane for a front-end alignment. The Quick Lane mechanics found a broken control arm on the passenger side that Chris had not noticed! I paid $1,000 for the control arm and the alignment. I picked up my car at Quick Lane to find there was no AC! In this heat? Are you kidding me? I drove to Tom's Collision to collect the promised reimbursement for the last month of car rentals (8 weeks!), which he honored. Could I bring it back when I have a couple hours? No! He had 14 weeks and didn't get it done! I took it to Gorno Ford to fix the AC and paid again for these parts and services I paid to Chris up front in March. Meanwhile, I was back at Enterprise renting a car. Chris reimbursed me for the AC, but not without resistance. I thought maybe my first mistake was not checking reviews on Google before I accepted Chris's offer. Boy was I right! There are 50 reviews out here, and most of them are 1 star. He delays and deceives all of his customers and thinks he's doing us all a favor! He told me once, "My problem is I have too big a heart." Is this man living in the real world? What customers want is for a company to do their job with excellence in a timely manner and charge a fair price, not pity and the semblance of charity. When I picked up my car from Gorno's this afternoon and stopped in Tom's Collision for reimbursement for the 9th week of car rental and the AC Chris never finished, he started showing his true colors. He resisted. I demanded. He finally gave me a check for the AC but refused the car rental. He said, "I'm not the one who crashed my car!" There it is, Folks. Take your business elsewhere for your own peace of mind and for a job well done. Tom's Collision cannot provide that. And if Lyon's Towing recommends Tom's Collision, like they did to me, tell them, "Shame on you!"

I chose to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership because they repeatedly emphasized that…read moretheir "A Lot" vehicles are thoroughly inspected, are more reliable than vehicles sold on a "B Lot," and that they stand behind what they sell. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect those promises. Less than 24 hours after taking the vehicle home, we discovered the driver's side nighttime running light was not working. Since we purchased the vehicle during the day, there was no reasonable way for us to notice this before leaving the dealership. We contacted our salesperson the very next morning because we considered it a safety issue and believed it should have been caught before the vehicle was delivered. The salesperson's response was simply that it "could have happened when you drove it off the lot... sorry." We then spoke with the General Manager, whose response was essentially the same. She explained that bulbs can fail during test drives or even while the vehicle is sitting on their lot after it has been inspected, and therefore there was nothing they could do. While I understand that bulbs can fail unexpectedly, that's exactly why I would expect a dealership that prides itself on thorough inspections and standing behind its vehicles to verify that basic safety equipment--especially exterior lights--is functioning before handing the keys to a customer. Whether the bulb failed during a test drive or while the vehicle was on the lot, it was still not working when we took delivery, and we reported it less than 24 hours later. This review isn't about the cost of replacing a light bulb. It's about customer service, accountability, and honoring the promises made during the sales process. We expected the dealership to acknowledge the concern and make a reasonable effort to resolve a safety-related issue discovered almost immediately after purchase. Instead, our concerns were dismissed. If you're considering buying from this dealership, I recommend thoroughly checking every feature of the vehicle yourself--including every exterior light--before driving off the lot, regardless of the assurances you receive about their inspection process.

However I unfortunately cannot recommend their paint shop services, at least not judging from my personal experience. My Chevy Camaro ZL1 had a damaged door that needed a repaint. MVS repainted the entire side, and it looked fine to my untrained eyes when I got the car back. However when I went on to sell the car about a month later, my local Chevy dealer took a closer look and pointed out several defects in the paint where MVS had worked on the car. The work was described, in their words, as "sub-par and low quality". After having them pointed out by the Chevy professional, I could actually feel several bumps of "runny paint" and granules across the body. After an official appraisal, the end result was that MVS' paint job had reduced the value of my car with $2,000-2,500 from its original resale value of approx. $43,000. Now keep in mind that this is just one person's experience. It might be that I was simply an unlucky customer, and I'd hate to have a negative impact on MVS' reputation if it's undeserved. However it is what happened, and I have to be honest about that no matter how friendly the MVS staff is. I advise future customers to have any paint job double-checked by an independent professional before accepting the car back. I should also point out that the promised date of completion was delayed several times until finally, about a month after the original date I think, my car was finished. I do understand that delays happen, but I would prefer being able to trust the dates given nonetheless. This was especially important considering I live in Oklahoma, and needed to get back. However I stayed at a friend's and worked from my lap top, so things worked out for the most part. Thank you for a great attitude and customer service, and good luck with your future business. (I was uncertain on whether to give two or three stars. While their customer treatment and attitude were both excellent, the quality of their work led to a significant monetary loss on my part. As it is ultimately the quality of their services that decides whether or not you want to use them, I've decided to rate them based on that primarily, hence the two stars.)

This is going to be long, simply because I didn't know leasing a car could be like this. My…read moreexperience at Gorno was amazing. I have never had service this good and so convenient. I'm super busy, it's the holidays, I have two kids and I work full time. The team at Gorno made everything so easy and so convenient, I don't think I can go anywhere else. My search started with Mark Maher, he picked up my internet inquiry, gave me a quick call to chat about what I was looking for. I told him and Edge, my lease is up in February and I'm at my miles. I did the math, it's more cost effective for me to eat my last two payments than to not only complete the lease, but also make the two remaining payments, plus the mile overage, plus a new down payment. I pay $xxx and I want to pay less than that. Mark immediately started looking for vehicles (I didn't step one foot into the dealership) and he identified two cars that sparked my interest. There's a dealership up the road that said I needed to come in and sit with them to figure out what I needed. Mark never once asked me to come in until he found me a car to look at. So... I came in and checked them out and wasn't super excited and told Mark "hey, I want a convenience package, and basically as close to all the options I have in my current lease but less money." Mark went back to work on looking for a car for me, he said 2018's are going to be so hard to find with all those options-there's limited inventory right now, I will try." He called me maybe 15 minutes later, I just got home from meeting with him and he said, I know you're looking for an Edge, but if you're open to an Explorer at a comparable price, if so I found one that checks off a lot of the boxes." I said yeah let's check it out and he started getting some work together so that he can guarantee the excellent holiday rebates going on. It was end of the month and new incentives were happening the next day and he wasn't sure if they would be better or worse and I wouldn't be able to get in until Monday to see it. Mark was going on vacation and wouldn't be back until Thursday. He left me with Laura Kern and honestly the transition was seamless. I didn't have to tell her anything she didn't already know. She immediately reached out and introduced herself and let me know the Explorer is going to be ready whenever we can get here on Monday. THEN, she texted me immediately the next day and says "Hey I know you were looking for a 2018 Edge, but Ford came out with some really sweet incentives on the 2019 Edges that would make the payments less than the 2018's you were looking at and they have a lot cooler tech. Here is the pricing, here are the stickers, what color do you want? She really helped us out by identifying every rebate we qualified for. She was really great to work with. We told her we'll come back on Thursday for the car. When we came back on Thursday the paper work was already to go, we didn't have to sit with the Finance guy for a couple hours. The paperwork was maybe 20 minutes and then we spent the rest our time going through all the cool updates and safety features of our new car. No one has ever gone into this much detail. Our minds were blown to find out that there are actual keys you can pop out of the back of our key fobs that we carried around for three years. We love our new Edge, we walked out of there with no money down and thanks to the renewal incentive we didn't have to pay the last two payments on our lease. How amazing is that. Mark and Laura were both great! I highly recommend either of them. I didn't cringe once during the entire process. Best car leasing experience ever!

I want to share my experience with Gorno Ford so other customers can be cautious before purchasing…read morea vehicle or service contract from this dealership. I purchased a used Ford truck from Gorno Ford, and shortly after the purchase I started dealing with multiple serious issues, including GPS not working, Bluetooth not working, A/C concerns, vibration/hesitation while driving, and multiple active diagnostic codes 19 codes. One of the biggest concerns is that the truck had an aftermarket exhaust that they were aware and i trust on them, which has affected warranty coverage and created problems when trying to get the vehicle serviced through Ford. In my opinion, this should have been clearly disclosed and addressed before the sale. Gorno Ford's response has been to point back to the "As Is - No Warranty" paperwork, but my concern is that the vehicle was sold with significant issues and modifications that have created major problems after the purchase. I also cancelled my extended warranty/service contract and have been waiting approximately four weeks for a refund of around $4,000. As of today, the refund has still not been returned, and the follow-up from finance and management has been extremely poor. The overall service experience has been very disappointing: poor communication, lack of ownership, slow response, and no clear resolution from the service, finance, or management teams. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers be extremely careful, review all documents in detail, inspect any used vehicle thoroughly, confirm any modifications before purchase, and verify warranty eligibility before buying from Gorno Ford.
