They used aftermarket bearings and hubs on my tire and within one year I had to get it replaced. Even aftermarket bearings and hubs should last more than 8000 miles. They were insanely rude, when I picked up my car the engine light was on and it had never been on before. They explained to me that it was my problem, and that I would have to take it to a dealership, get it checked out, and then see if my insurance company would pay for it. Why they couldn't scan my car for me and tell me why the engine light was on I don't know. Fortunately, I was able to find someone to scan my engine light, and the $150 part and have it put on. They already were paid enough by my insurance company and myself so I don't understand why they couldn't have given me my car back in decent condition. They didn't even bolt the quarter panel on which is absurd. my hood has been crooked ever since I got it back from them but they claim that it wasn't them even though I had no accidents and no issues with it until I picked up the car from them. They are horribly rude, they don't warranty anything, they use subpar materials, and I've owned 17 cars and I've never had a bearing/hub replaced that hasn't lasted the entire lifetime of my car let alone 8000 miles. I've never in 32 years of owning and driving cars have been treated like such crap from a repair shop or collision shop or whatever they "claim" to be.

I came to trust the owner as his expertise in collision is something that only comes with years of experience. Major Problem: When my G6 got hit, I thought I was fucked; being in school and needing my car on a daily, to my surprise it was fixed within a week and my life was back to normal. Minor problem: My G6 oil bolt was stuck after a random shop gave me an oil change and forgot to lube it. Every shop I approached to get a new oil change after that wouldn't dare to touch the bolt. I brought it to this shop, the owner laughed and told me to come back in 2hrs. I come back, my car had a new bolt with new oil and no further problems couldn't be any happier!!! (Even Belle tire said no to me) I will definitely be coming back here in the future because this place never says no to solving a car problem, they take problems head on and never take advantage of the customer! P.S Steve is a very fair guy and only wants what's best for his customers. However I unfortunately cannot recommend their paint shop services, at least not judging from my personal experience. My Chevy Camaro ZL1 had a damaged door that needed a repaint. MVS repainted the entire side, and it looked fine to my untrained eyes when I got the car back. However when I went on to sell the car about a month later, my local Chevy dealer took a closer look and pointed out several defects in the paint where MVS had worked on the car. The work was described, in their words, as "sub-par and low quality". After having them pointed out by the Chevy professional, I could actually feel several bumps of "runny paint" and granules across the body. After an official appraisal, the end result was that MVS' paint job had reduced the value of my car with $2,000-2,500 from its original resale value of approx. $43,000. Now keep in mind that this is just one person's experience. It might be that I was simply an unlucky customer, and I'd hate to have a negative impact on MVS' reputation if it's undeserved. However it is what happened, and I have to be honest about that no matter how friendly the MVS staff is. I advise future customers to have any paint job double-checked by an independent professional before accepting the car back. I should also point out that the promised date of completion was delayed several times until finally, about a month after the original date I think, my car was finished. I do understand that delays happen, but I would prefer being able to trust the dates given nonetheless. This was especially important considering I live in Oklahoma, and needed to get back. However I stayed at a friend's and worked from my lap top, so things worked out for the most part. Thank you for a great attitude and customer service, and good luck with your future business. (I was uncertain on whether to give two or three stars. While their customer treatment and attitude were both excellent, the quality of their work led to a significant monetary loss on my part. As it is ultimately the quality of their services that decides whether or not you want to use them, I've decided to rate them based on that primarily, hence the two stars.)
