I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable. Perhaps the tow company merely tows and doesn't offer suggestions. Turns out that all I needed was a battery.

Sitting on a cement slab in their parking lot for 55 minutes since they closed and still no vehicle. Super lackadaisical about it too. I dropped it off before 8am worked all day begged rides for me and my family member getting the install....
