Throughout my entire process of getting my 2018 Honda CRV repaired, the team at Ross-Beakes kept in close communication with me, provided information and details of possible scenarios, and took the time to answer any questions I had. They were up front about estimates and honest about the expected time frame for repair. The team more than delivered on their promise. They worked closely with State Farm insurance and have won a bunch of awards for Honda service. When I picked up my CRV I had a question about a panel that had been previously damaged while parked and the front desk staff went back and got the service staff to explain to me the issue and breakdown of the cost to repair in depth. They are always busy but take care of every individual customer. I've had a total of two issues I've brought into this place. The first one was a piece on my prior 2008 Honda Civic which they fixed for free and the gentleman tried to decline my cash tip at first. Then repairing the rear of my CRV was an extremely smooth process. Additionally, thy washed my car and cleaned the inside of it (which had nothing to do with the rear damage) and it looks great! We went in, and the guy at the counter was beyond helpful. He listened to her tell her experience, came outside in the high heat and humidity and looked at her car in the parking lot. He got down on the ground and slid under it, repositioning a plastic guard that was loose and hanging down, and said things looked otherwise ok. Just the cosmetic damage to the bumper and fender. We offered to pay him but he declined. She is on her way to Texas now, and we are so grateful for the service and kindness we received. Would recommend and would return.

Then, the day after we picked it up, somebody rear-ended my wife while she was driving to work. I didn't hesitate to return it to Superior. Be forewarned- not only does the young girl who answers the phone here sound like she's from a very…read moreurban environment (you may not understand her slang) but she's not competent AT all when it comes to the services being offered at this shop. This shop is okay if you absolutely need some customization at the last minute or are on a tight deadline and don't really care about the quality of the work done here (b/c it's NOT top notch), or if you bringing your daily driver here (just don't EVERE bring your weekend car or ANY car that costs upwards of $50k-$200k or more!!!!!). For starters- while they have no problem providing you with quotes, they do NOT invoice their work- so when it's all said and done, you will pay and simply get a receipt (absolutely NO itemized listing of what was done). I believe that they do this to HIDE additional charges and the quotes you receive over the phone are often not accurate. They have no SHAME in making sure that you prompted with the TIP option on their little credit card device (last time I made sure to choose NO TOP while smiling at the clueless young receptionist!) So in summary, if you HATE being ripped off or paying an additional $100 to$1000 more (as I once did on my Telsa) then don't bring your car here, as transparency/organization/clear communication is NOT a priority at this shop. Also, we have gotten work done at literally over a hundred shops across the US on our 14 cars (ranging in MSRP from $76K to $278K MSRP) and this is the only shop where the owner tolerates the installers/employees blasting loud music and yelling like animals for extended periods at a time (while he's sitting in the office making calls)- I literally felt like I was in a zoo- NEVER AGAIN!
