We went in, and the guy at the counter was beyond helpful. He listened to her tell her experience, came outside in the high heat and humidity and looked at her car in the parking lot. He got down on the ground and slid under it, repositioning a plastic guard that was loose and hanging down, and said things looked otherwise ok. Just the cosmetic damage to the bumper and fender. They left a scratch on my hood and did a lousy job of cleaning the window and left a mess all over my dashboard of whatever he scraped off. I mentioned the scratch on the hood to the installer, and he just said, was it there before. I live on a dirt road. I wash my car by hand in my driveway. At least once a week because of all the dust, I think I would have noticed the scratch, had it, been there before the installation. Not sure how to go about bringing this problem to the company.
