Needed to get some small dents removed and have some rust repair/prevention work done, would be paying out of pocket. Superior's estimate came in well below that of a chain place, and they were able to get me in right away. The car came back on time and looking great. Then, the day after we picked it up, somebody rear-ended my wife while she was driving to work. I didn't hesitate to return it to Superior. Once again, the job was completed on time, and very satisfactorily. A body shop is not a place you want to visit regularly, but if the need arises, I will certainly come back here. read more

Superior Collision not only provided the best rates, but also the quickest turnaround. I was hit in a parking lot in Michigan during a cross country road trip from New Mexico. Terry, the owner, completely alleviated the anxiety I was feeling about driving another 4k miles by performing an extensive diagnostic in my steering and suspension for hidden damage. And he gave me my receipt from Goodyear and a contact for his mechanic there and told me if I had any trouble anywhere in the country to go to any Goodyear and call his guy and I'd have a lifetime guarantee on the work. I really appreciate the folks at Superior Collision. I went to them several years ago after being rear ended at the recommendation of my USAA insurance. They did a great job then. I recently dented my fender on my new car. I got another estimate at a well reviewed body shop in Ann Arbor. Then I went to Superior Collision, because I was happy with their previous work. Not only was the price cheaper at Superior, they also replaced the panel which the other shop wasn't going to do. When I dropped off my car, I was very sad because early that morning I had to put my dog to sleep. The collision mechanic was opening shop before the office staff arrived. He was so kind and understanding of my grief. Then later when the office staff called me they also gave condolences. That really meant so much to me. And when I picked up my car, I was so pleased because it looked brand new. I will never go to any collision place besides Superior. read more

I heard this place shut down. Good. Had my car fixed 2 years ago, had to go back twice to get it repainted because there was dirt/blemishes in the paint. Today I had to pay to have the job redone by another shop because Superior did not properly prep the metal and all of the bondo they used has come off and I have rust spots. I like how it's tucked away on a nondescript part of Maple Road and how it's possible to just stop on in, or make same-day appointments most of the time. All I can say is this place cares. I randomly called this place to see if they work on a jammed hood latch. Scott said bring it on over and he would take a look at it. I also have some medical issues that do not allow anyone to work inside my vehical. Scott was very kind and considerate to my needs. Scott worked very teadously to figure out my problem, mind you it was a 90 sunny degree day. I feel these gentlemen that run this business are truly nice trustworthy people. To make a long story short Scott could have told me I needed a new part and made money off of me, but instead he showed me my hood cord was just pinched and didn't need to be completely replaced. Between my wife, my daughter and me, we have used Superior Collision on quite a few occasions and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and professional and the work they do is always top quality. They are also very quick to go the extra mile for their customers. I've had them come in on the weekend to return my car, even though it was a day they were supposed to be closed, and they have taken it upon themselves to fix small dings and scratches that are unrelated to the work I was having done. To put it simply, I took my first car to superior collision 20 years ago to have it worked on. I was so happy with the work the affordability and the patients they took to explain to a 17-year-old girl what was going on that I never went anywhere else. I have now been seeing them for over 20 years it seems. They remember me and they even remember what my insurance is. I can't imagine even having it taken anywhere else. My insurance wanted me go somewhere else and I told them I would see an adjuster and go have Superior do the work that was needed because I didn't trust anyone else by now. Had to paint my car twice as the paint came off the hood and bumper now it's coming off again ,

I needed a cosmetic back bumper fixed and repainted. I had gotten another estimate a few months ago, which was ridiculous. After a few months, I decided to check other places for estimates. Superior Collision's estimate was enough less to convince me that the initial body shop was way too high for what needed to be done. While the repair was not cheap, it was less expensive and they did a great job. The repair and repainting they did is guaranteed for as long as I own the car. I keep my cars for 10 years and so I have 8 more months on the warranty. You cannot beat that. They told me they would have the car for 2-3 days and I had it in 2, and they did a fantastic job!!! If I ever need any body work in the future, I will be going back here without reservation. read more

I have been a loyal customer for more than ten years. This summer I scraped up the front of my car so went in for an estimate. They gave a time frame of three days so I booked an appointment at the end of the month and brought it in. They had my car for more than a week and kept giving excuses for why had done nothing. They didn't even start the paint work until day 5 on a 3 day job. I felt like they were misleading me with excuses which was not the type of treatment I was used to. I found myself needing a collision center for the first time in my life (at age 30) after some kid decided to look at an accident on the other side of the road and T-bone my car on the freeway. I didn't know that you had to pay separate for car rental insurance and found myself in a pickle. I couldn't afford a rental and the collision centers that had loaner cars had a wait list for 2-3 weeks. I decided to call around and see if there was any other options. Superior was the first place I called and I'm glad I did. The lady at the counter was so friendly and nice, and took care of me the second she met me. She set me up with a rental and told me they would take care of it. I admit I was very nervous since I didn't get that in writing but my gut said I made the right decision and I was right. After 2 weeks and $4300 worth of damages completed my car was ready and I was so relieved to find out they stuck to their word.
