My car was backed into and in need of a new front end. My insurance company provided a list of…read moreplaces to choose from. Ultimately I picked Superior. It's conveniently located on my commute for work. My car was assessed quickly by one of their repairmen. I received a quote for the costs a day after the assessment. Once all the parts were in, I dropped off my car and received my rental. Repairs took about a week to complete. My car is awesome now! I'm very satisfied with the outcome. There are a couple things I wasn't happy with. The first being the office staff wasn't good at getting back to me with answers to my questions about when I could expect the parts to come in. I understand about supply chin issues but every time I called they said they'd look into it and call me back but they never did. I always had to initiate communication. As I dropped off my car for the repairs I found out from the office staff that they could have gotten the parts from a Chrysler dealer because they carry Fiat parts since they now and Fiat but they were trying to get the parts from a Fiat dealer! Apparently the staff didn't know they could go through Chrysler! The other issue was while my car was being repaired I'd get an email every day saying the car was expected to be done the next day but then I'd get another email the next day pushing the completion to the next day! How about you just give me an estimate (like it'll take a week) and just call me when it's ready. If a week is nearing and it's not gonna be done, then call and say it'll be longer but an email with false hope each day is annoying and disheartening.
