If a person doesn't enter the vehicle just right, the plastic trim flops open and the plastic tabs break off. So, over the past year, I have asked multiple Toyota dealers, other car professionals, auto detailing companies, etc. for a solution to keep that trim from coming off of the door. It was getting exhausting from the continued "brush off". This wasn't a big deal for these people, but it certainly was for me. I had resorted to duct tape and Velcro before finding Cox Enterprises. None of these other people would actually help me fix the problem! Toyota couldn't even locate the part number for the trim piece even though it had been replaced once before. Thanks Again!

It's conveniently located on my commute for work. My car was assessed quickly by one of their repairmen. I received a quote for the costs a day after the assessment. Once all the parts were in, I dropped off my car and received my rental. Repairs took about a week to complete. My car is awesome now! I'm very satisfied with the outcome. There are a couple things I wasn't happy with. The first being the office staff wasn't good at getting back to me with answers to my questions about when I could expect the parts to come in. I understand about supply chin issues but every time I called they said they'd look into it and call me back but they never did. I always had to initiate communication. As I dropped off my car for the repairs I found out from the office staff that they could have gotten the parts from a Chrysler dealer because they carry Fiat parts since they now and Fiat but they were trying to get the parts from a Fiat dealer! Apparently the staff didn't know they could go through Chrysler! The other issue was while my car was being repaired I'd get an email every day saying the car was expected to be done the next day but then I'd get another email the next day pushing the completion to the next day! How about you just give me an estimate (like it'll take a week) and just call me when it's ready. If a week is nearing and it's not gonna be done, then call and say it'll be longer but an email with false hope each day is annoying and disheartening.

But when I was washing my RV later, I realized that they got paint all over my front bumper, front grill, windshield wiper and fan air intake. It seemed like they hardly covered anything before painting. I am having a very hard time to removing the paint over spray now. Jim was one of the nicest people I have met and very helpful. But if you take your vehicle there, beware of paint overspray and make sure to check for that.

They claim, that because a small piece of glass was missing from a point along the crack that it was new damage, and would not honor the warranty. There was no sign of any impact, no spidering. The bit of missing glass was inline in the direction of the crack. I authorized the repair and planned to pickup the vehicle before their listed business hours. They called telling me I had to pay/pickup my keys by 3:30, instead of 5 (their normal business hours) because they were slow. I had to leave work for the second time in one day to handle this. Then, when I finally had 2 people to pickup the vehicle, we discovered they left the car unlocked sitting in their lot all afternoon. Horrible experience.
