Had me in and out in an hour and everyone was very personable. I asked for a general inspection and oil change and they managed to find things that the local dealership hadn't in nearly two years; going above and beyond to make sure everything was double checked and taken care of. Mechanic even went ahead and took care of grease points, tire pressure, and other little odds and ends I wouldn't have recalled to ask for. He also would double back with me to inform me about things he found and recommended getting serviced and/or replaced, showing me the proof of why and offering options. I ended up giving him the go ahead on everything. It was nice to feel involved and informed every step of the process while knowing exactly who was working on my car. They didn't even mind that I just hung around nearby while the work was done, which shows a distinct level of confidence and trustworthiness. Would definitely recommend!

Since I was going to do the oil change myself i already had the oil (full synthetic) and filter (pre soaked with oil in it). No problem! I got the cheapest service to save some money. They even gave me a small discount for providing my own supplies, Nice touch. I had a Military discount or Senior to choose from.

A young gentlemen came out to greet me, apologized for the wait, and told me which bay was opening soon. Really appreciated being informed! Got the usual full high mileage service & price I get elsewhere; so that tells me I'm not getting jyped. I overheard a conversation of service recovery in the bay next to me. Staff was very courteous, helpful, and understanding when a difficult situation came about. Professional and non confrontational. Thorough check of all lights and tires. Boss man came over and checked to see if I was doing good AND came to help his team. As a leader myself, I like seeing managers in the thick of it. Staff were also helpful to each other and respectful. Great communication. Sam was a great tech! Entire service took about 10-15 mins; which I'm not complaining about. I'd rather have quality over quickness. But it was nice to have a bit of both! Highly recommend!

He told me that a lot of services a different Victory Lane had told me I needed done soon were unnecessary, and he explained why. He even recommended a cheaper option for better longevity for my old car. Price was standard, and I left with a list of what he thought I would actually need to get done soon. It was a much shorter list and included an air filter that would be cheaper to get at autozone and easy enough to install myself. His words, not mine. And he was very aware of how little I knew about cars (I try not to come off as clueless, but I'm just not car savvy). One note: I do think I've had trouble with the open hours being wrong online for this location before, so try to go on a weekday if you can. I don't know if they have fixed this. They were open when I went today (5pm on a Friday).

Right away I mentioned that my change oil light was lit on my dash and asked if he could reset it if it didn't go off by itself after the change. He said no problem. He was pulled away a few times while under my hood to help a second guy who was having issues with the car lift in the next bay. After my he filled my oil and had me start the car and shut it off, he ask the second guy to "cash me out". I asked the second guy if he could check my tire pressure /refill if needed and check the lights, which he did. I asked if he could reset the check engine light. It ended up that none of the three guys knew how to reset it and that took another ten minutes to figure out. Let's try several possible ways before we look it up... I ask the second guy if he could check to see if my windshield fluid was checked and topped off. Instead, He asks the first guy did you fill the windshield fluid and was told yes that's the first thing I did. When I got home it took over a half gallon of windshield fluid. So I'm thinking this wasn't done either. In the past they generally will oil the door hinges and clean your windshield. Not offered or done. These guys were nice, but nice doesn't cut it when the ball is dropped over and over and over. I'll be going somewhere else next time
