I'm grown an not a kid its a way how you carry yourself an being professional. He needs coach and counseling skills on how he talks to an individual especially a female I'm not a kid an to be rude and disrespectful to me an keep throwing up giving me a fucken $90 oil change was nothing to me like he was really doing something for me. I took my car there because my usual collision shop was booked. They told me that my car would be…read moredone in 5 days so I rented a car. Needless to say, on day 5 my car still wasn't ready. They told me that they'd give me a car for a day. They gave me an old dirty, raggedy SUV with junk throughout the car. When my car was finally ready, you can see that the paint job on the hood and bumper was cheap and did not fully match the rest of the car. Because they kept my car so long, I decided to take my car. 2 months after they had my car, paint started peeling on the bumper. I called them and told them about it. His response was that I must've been driving on the freeway a lot. WTF? I recently had a bumper issue. I took my car to my usual collision shop and after inspection, they told me that the previous shop (The Collison Shop) used glue to put my bumper on. GLUE! If you can avoid this place, please do so. They'll never get another dime from me!

When I went in to schedule the inspection of my vehicle, it showed I had a deductible to pay, but after working with the receptionist, we contacted my insurance company to get a code that showed I did not have one. During the repair, they found additional damage and reviewed the cost of the parts needed and explained the difference. They provided updates by text on the status of my vehicle.
