Since my driving skills and eyes lost coordination one day, I cut a corner too close and plowed into some cement pillers protecting a fire hydrant. Beautiful customization on my 2 doors and truck bed panel on the drivers side. Took the vehicle to Taylor Collision. They were friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable estimate. Parts were ordered and when i picked up my vehicle, I was super happy with the quality of their work. My car looks the same as when I drove it off of the showroom floor and it was damaged really bad in the front! Unfortunately I have had 2 dealings with taylor collision in the 2024 year, after this year I am done giving taylor collision any of my business. 1st my silverado was vandalized and needed new tires and some windows replaced and a door repaired. We'll the handle on the door they repaired has busted 2 times now. The new tires being installed they broke the tires pressure monitors inside the tires and lied saying they replaced them. Then the check engine light kept coming on so now they actually endangered myself and my truck, broke the law by deactivating my check engine light that also now doesn't allow my speedometer to work and said he fixed it. Nothing but lies from the office manager about everything for no reason. I suggest going elsewhere. I also had same experience with a caravan. Sat in the weather for 4 months after a wreck. Didn't tape up any busted windows. My carpet molded. My new seats ruined and lied lied lied all the way through that deal and the work they did has needed repairs I had to do. Stay away read more

I recently took my vehicle (Chevy Impala) to Taylor Collison for minor incidental repairs to my front/side. I initially went there for a quote to pay out of pocket and then decided to just submit a claim through my insurance company. Although I was provided with In-Network body shops by the insurance company, they all had 3-4 week completion estimate completion times and I needed my vehicle. Two factors that I chose Taylor Collison was their "5 Star" reviews and week in a half completion time advised. Taylor Collison referred a rental car location for my covered rental services while my vehicle was being repaired. End results: The rental location was horrible and they began charging $78 every 2 days, without contacting me, to advise my insurance company had yet extended me rental so I could contact my insurance. In addition places a $475 hold on my card, per the $50 agreement. I called Taylor Collision every 7 days upto week 3 when they finally, after all my misfortunes, call me to tell me my vehicle was ready. Yes, 3 weeks for minor repairs. I picked up my vehicle and assessed the repairs to find unfinished paint spots and my headlight cover still having visible cracks. The body shop guy ran over when he saw me looking frustrated. I was told by the inside staff Yolonda and another guy that they will correct and have back to me later that day. They call later and I returned and saw the spots and cover corrected. I paid and was on my way UNTIL I was getting in the car ro see scratches on my car door then looking the car over in a few other areas that were NOT there prior to dropping it off. The body shop guy running over again taking my vehicle to try and buff them out. Long story short-he was NOT able to buff them out. I grabbed my keys and pulled of PISSED. When I got to a stop light, something said check your compartments. My entire "change compartment" in the dashboard was EMPTIED out! It is a deep compartment and was full of quarts only. I had been throwing/putting quarters in it for over a year, probably $40-$50 or so. I had planned to empty it in my home bank, because it was getting too full because I had condiments sitting on top of them so they wasn't so revealed. I got emotional, not because of the money but the principle of feeling violated from petty theft. I immediately pulled over and called Taylor collision, which was minutes after I left, and spoke to Yolanda. She had been nice and easy to work with thus far BUT her immediate response to me was to defend her body shop guys STATING "THEY HAVE WORKED FOR ME OVER 30 YERAS AND NEVER STOLE ANYTING. Are you sure about that? We cannot speak to another person's behavior and mentality, they might have had the opportunity until now or been caught. I pay attention and vety aoservatinal, Its part of my career. I'm not surprise they would try and protect the integrity of their business but I felt like a person who had been victimized and it was down to my word against the predictor. May be a little dramatic but its what I still feel. May be I am "the only idiot' that leaves money and or personal values behind not thinking it could be taken from a "Business" providing me services. I have always dealt with Chevrolet dealership body shops in the past, which I left change, personal items, and never experienced this. They always kept my vehicle for 4-6 weeks and so I tried somewhere different. I even called the Taylor police but decided I really do not have a case because liars and thefts tend to do things they know they can get away with. We picked our truck up from Taylor Collision today, I am just amazed at the quality of work! Our Truck looks like it was never hit, the paint is flawless! The office gave the best customer service ever!! I called a zillion times to ask questions, to check on progress and to see about insurance. Yolanda and Nicole both were super helpful! Taylor Collision shop does not abide by either its deadline or the cost estimate. They promised to give my vehicle back in 2 days but returned in 7 days. The cost estimate that was given to me was increased by 20% at the time of payment. I would not trust this shop for a honest job. read more

I did not believe it was possible for a collision shop to make your vehicle look better than it did when you first drove it off the dealer's lot, but Taylor Collision Center proved that belief wrong. I took in my car for a couple repairs, and the car looked downright stunning when Mike and his crew were finished. Mike also provided me a free loaner for the duration of the work. Taylor Collision Center not only repaired my car; the crew significantly enhanced my car's appearance. No one I know can get over the difference.
