Detail LLC was able to super clean, remove the past products from the previous owner and properly treat the inside of my car. I'm not sure if you can make appointments, they just told me to drop off the car between 8-9 am and pick up 4-5 pm. I think they don't accept you if they already have a lot of cars being taken care of already. The guy who serviced was very nice. The place is affordable compared to many places. I believe I got detailing done around 240 for a sedan both mobile and on a business site before. Just to be courteous, I removed everything out of my car prior other than placemats.

It's the awful - and arrogant in my opinion - attitude and lackluster customer service (actually disservice) that resulted in this review. I made the arrangement for outside detailing for Sunday, April 4. I received a confirmation notice the day of the scheduled work. Also got a text stating he was on his way and would be arriving in 13 minutes. Good start! I was outside working in my yard of my condo when a saw a white van pull into the driveway and parking area in the back. Different vehicle than what I'm used to seeing, and, since it was arriving at about the expected time, I gave the driver a nod. Maybe he didn't see that. Anyway, instead of coming to the front door where I was, he stayed in the van and, ALLEGEDLY, called me 3 times. When working outside, I do not carry my phone in my pocket. According to Danny, when I didn't answer, he drove off. However, I have an iPhone and there was NO record of ANY calls made to me. His excuse? He called the number I gave him. Baloney! I believe I know my own phone number. Why didn't he do what EVERY other person who has ever come to either do an estimate or work - and there have been many of both - and come to the front door and entrance??? I was waiting for him, and had set aside my time (I work for the Air Force and am not always home) for both outside and inside detailing. Here's the really bad part. Instead of manning up and sincerely (not just saying the word) apologizing, he stated that he always waits in his van and calls first. Too much of an effort to ring a doorbell like everyone else?? In the Emails that followed, he totally disrespected me by telling ME what I should have done. I made an appointment, and I was outside waiting for him, and yet I didn't do enough to contact him? Again, what contractor shows up and doesn't come to the door? Only him. His actual work might be excellent, but his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

The detailer was able to get all the dog hair out of the seats and even the little crevices between them. After the foam wash he made sure all the road grime and tree sap was off before applying the ceramic coating I asked for. This is my new detailer from now on and I don't even have to leave home.

They even left garbage in my driveway. When I contacted them, they acknowledged the poor service and agreed to a refund -- then completely ghosted me. No follow-up, no accountability. I had asked them to do an alignment on it because it wasn't steering properly and it's a brand new car with under 5k miles so I obviously wanted it straightened out. They said they would look at it and get it fixed up. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and on Friday they were calling me telling me the car was still missing a piece but they wanted me to pick it up anyway (yeah I'm not picking up an incomplete car just to fit their time quotas). They suddenly had the back ordered part it was missing a few minutes later and were able to complete it so I went and picked it up that Friday. The alignment was still off from first driving it away but I decided to have my dealership fix it when i went in for an oil change a few weeks later figuring they'd do a better job anyway. At the dealer I was told that my car still had a bent axel arm from the accident, something that them running an alignment immediately told them. So my question is did Minsers completely miss the $1700 of damage this was or did they find it and decide it wasn't important enough to fix (I'm not sure which is worse). I then called my insurance company and they told me I had to take my car back to Minsers despite my objections. I took the car back the day after the dealer found the damage and was told they would get it fixed up. After I had dropped it off I got a call from them informing me there were allegedly scratches on my wheel insinuating I had further damaged the vehicle not related to the accident. I'm not sure what was going on with that or what they were trying to pull but I obviously had not damaged my vehicle and the call ended with that. I got my car back today and it appears to be fixed and driving like new again which I appreciate (and expect). I looked at all of my wheels and there are no scratches to be found which is interesting to me as there we're supposed "fresh" scratches on a wheel. All in all yes my car is now fixed after bringing it to them twice. They seemed to use genuine GM parts which is also a positive. Although I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me and possibly scam me due to me being a young woman and not knowledgeable about cars. Pictures to show that the damage wasn't even that extreme.

A place you can trust!!!…read more I unfortunately wrecked my car pretty bad a few years ago and took it here for repair. It was in bad shape and they did a wonderful job of putting it back together. Someone keyed my car and another person sideswiped it and left some marks on each side of the car. I took it in for a face lift today and it looks brand new again. The owner is very nice and even had my car cleaned up for me when I came to pick it up. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I ended up waiting one hour before it was my turn in the small lobby. Luckily, I brought reading material. The service of exterior and interior car wash took about 30 minutes for my sedan. Everyone was very pleasant, and most of my car was cleaned spectacularly. Looking through my windshield has never been more HD! However, there was a small area near the rear door that was missed. Once I got there they decided to up charge me all the way to $60 and told me they would wash it and get everything off my windows specifically, for an additional 15. Totaling $215. I made sure to tip well for Covid workers and hopped in my car and drove away. $245... As I was pulling away, I noticed food and wrappers in between the driver seat and the center counsel along with the same thing on the other side. I turned around and vacuumed it out myself. As you enter, someone pre-rinses your car with a spray, but only one side(?).. and I guess the scrub the back with soapy water, this part of the process should probably be more thorough. Post-wash, car is still dirty, not a good wash, especially for the price(And this was the Best one). Mind you I came in on a Sunny day after a few days of raining, so my car had been rain-washed for 3 days in a row. Wouldn't recommend, unless you get the cheapest wash and just want light wash and rinse. Vacuums were good, a spray bottle & scrubber to wash the floor mat would be nice, but just a suggestion, has nothing to do with my review.
