Got the AutoWash, wanted to see how good it can get so I got the Best Wash for $20.. Process to select your order and pay was easy enough. As you enter, someone pre-rinses your car with a spray, but only one side(?).. and I guess the scrub the back with soapy water, this part of the process should probably be more thorough. Post-wash, car is still dirty, not a good wash, especially for the price(And this was the Best one). Mind you I came in on a Sunny day after a few days of raining, so my car had been rain-washed for 3 days in a row. Wouldn't recommend, unless you get the cheapest wash and just want light wash and rinse. Vacuums were good, a spray bottle & scrubber to wash the floor mat would be nice, but just a suggestion, has nothing to do with my review. read more

Went here real quick before work because my car was very dirty. I got the $12 good wash. I understand that I should not expect that much quality from a cheaper wash, and I didn't, I just expected the bare minimum of what a car was would do and that was take the dirt off. I didn't care about shine or anything. But they couldn't even do that and even left a bunch of soap dripping off my doors. Went to the vacuum and they were not that strong at all. The wash smelled good I will give them that, but even the workers that stayed it down when you first go in seemed to not care and barely spray anything. My first visit here was for an interior detail and auto wash. I'd only had my SUV for a month but my toddler nieces and their parents were visiting for two weeks so the interior took a beating. The staff is friendly and there is a large nice waiting area. You can even watch the detailing of your car from a large elevated viewing area. So this was my first visit. I'd previously been a long standing customer of a different chain. But after a move, this one is literally a stone's throw from me so I couldn't resist. I was very pleased. Driving in was a tad confusing, but I made it. There weren't dash wipes or the little trash bags that other places may provide, but my truck looked a hundred times better when I pulled away. The vacuums are also very strong thankfully. So much so that I had at least two people ask me where I went. There don't appear to be a lot of staff to assist if something goes wrong when you're checking in. But this place is a win! read more

Matick does not have the best customer service. They do too little for too much! I was ready to cancel my membership because I can never get anyone to clean the inside of my car and they also told me I had to wait 30 days for a detailing appointment. Thats Unacceptable!! There are too many places much closer to home where my money can be better spent!! But today Thomas saw me leaving unhappy, he introduced himself as a detailer. He took my car right away!! He cleaned my car!! I was very HAPPY! He went above and beyond the cleaning service. So because of Thomas I will continue to use Matick car wash for now! Thank you, Thomas. You are Great!! read more

I have been a member off and on for 3 years. I ordered the Express Interior wash with a wash. I am a member of "Better Wash" I was charged $29 instead of $24. My car was not towel dried, the door jambs were not cleaned the interior glass, console and Dash was not cleaned and I witnessed the attendant pull out my weathertech mats and throw them on the ground, then spray them for 10 seconds and replace the back in the car.He stood there talking on the phone for 5 minutes, then walked away talking to another employee, he then stood at the side of my car with his arm resting on the bed of my truck. My vehicle is filthy and I am out of $29 not to mention of being there for over an hour. WORST SERVICE EVER. read more

Needed to wash our rental car before returning and saw this off the interstate. It looks amazing and was great! Our car came out so clean and the pricing was great. The cheapest wash was $8 but we did the $11 option and added $2 tire shine. My only complaint is that I did not see a "car cleaning" vending machine anywhere which is why I gave 4 stars. I was going to buy dash wipes to wipe down the inside of the car but saw nothing around. I've never been to a car wash that didn't have one of those detailing vending machines. read more

They only have the small heads for the vacuum and the suction needs improving and there were only 5 cars there with me at the time. Also, it would be better if they had an all purpose spray to help clean your vehicle, yep that means you may have to have cloths to use as well. read more

I was told the standard time for a full service interior and exterior wash was 30-40 minutes. After waiting 120 minutes I asked the receptionist for an estimate of how much longer it would be. I was told that the person working on my car took a lunch break. After another 10 minutes, I asked for my car back due to another commitment I needed to get to. After paying $36 and waiting for 130 minutes, my car wasn't even completely finished. The interior is still filthy. read more

After taking my my car in at 7:55am to have my car detailed, I returned to pick my car up at 1:30 only to find my car filthy. I brought it to the managers attention (Dave) who acknowledged my car was not cleaned. He offered me a free $8 car wash after I had already paid for a car wash and more, I paid $139 to have it detailed. I requested a refund and after some time he wanted to return $40, I ask him to meet me halfway and refund half my money, he refused, when I ask for his boss he told he didn't have one and continued to tell me that he had no superior over him, he was tge man and he was only going to refund $40. Not only was my time wasted, I could have saved $131 and drove my car through the car wash myself and vacuumed it out for free. DO NOT SUPPORT this business, the customer service I received today was worse then terrible. read more

I have gone four times. The first time I asked is it safe for super duties and they said it's not an issue it's made for bigger trucks. The last two times I noticed big scratches along my a and B pillars which I cannot get off and along my left and right rear wheel wells. If you are a bigger truck owner, do not take it there. I paid for and requested a full interior and exterior detail service. The quality was less than stellar it appears that this company over promised and under delivered. The engine compartment was still dirty in addition to the interior was not show room ready, I pointed out what the detailers had missed not once but twice, to receive a reply that they don't have the products available to them to clean the door jams and engine any better. These were my reasons for bringing it to Matick auto detailing. After several attempts to reach the manager of this facility I still have not received a call back. My car smells bad... I wanted to love this experience but I cannot say I did because of the way my car has been smelling since... The wash was good.. vacuuming good... however the express detail... not so great. Only thing I can think of is that they wiped my car down with a dirty cloth... it smells really weird in my car... I could barely stomach the drive home. So now my money was kinda wasted when I have to make time to get my car cleaned again... I thought leaving the truck in the garage overnight would make help the smell go away but nooo! I woke up this morning to the stink smell again. read more

This car wash has more options then subway. I wonder if the majority of them are even necessary or even if they do really do anything. Like the windshield coat. The Service is friendly inside the center and in the actual automated car wash area. They offer monthly unlimited car wash memberships. I guess that would be helpful during the summer or if you'd wanted to protect your car from salt during the winter. Is of course more pricey then the 3 dollar places, i really didn't see a difference in the quality when it comes To just a basic wash. read more

The wash is horrible. The workers sweep the brush over your car once or twice. the sprayer guy spray one side. then you go through the wash machine. there is ALWAYS dirt and or bird waste left on my car. read more

If you want an express interior detailing, this is the place to do it. Mr. Winner did great with and paid close attention to details.

This is an extremely nice car wash. The check in process is easy and convenient. The person assisting with the money area and trying to sell packages was very friendly and nice. Now for the details of the wash. I paid $19 for their best wash. $19 is a very high price for what was offered and what I used. They use a very generous amount of soap and wax which is nice. The individuals spraying the car off before entering the actual wash process did basically nothing to my car. A few seconds of their spray guns and that was it. Not exactly a prewash process. The wash seemed ok and other than the initial scrubbers it was pretty gentle. The dryer blew off my car and these dirty "chamois" wheels dried it off. The end result is my car still had bird droppings on the hood and mud/dirt smears from what appeared to be from drying wheels. I would have went back and showed the manager to see if about a fix but I was in a hurry. I also didn't use the vacuums but they did look substantial and better than those terrible vacuums at most car wash places. Overall I thought this was place was nice but average...unfortunately because I had high hopes. If I had only paid $10 like most comparable places I probably would have given this another star but for $19 this was just not worth it. read more

I previously rated this place a 2 because the only good thing was one gentleman being polite and helpful at the payment machine. He's still there and pleasant. I just went through with my husband, who is a member, and they barely sprayed before the wash. They didn't even attempt to run the brush over his obviously bug covered windshield and front of his truck. The place is no good. Lazy, no pride in their job workers. Pay decent people more, or pay them less and charge less, allowing tips. What's there isn't working AT ALL. read more

Been passing this car wash for two months saying I need to try it out. It does look impressive. I also liked the idea of unlimited washes for one price. I pulled up and opted for the $20 exterior wash. I asked the attendant about the monthly plan but told him that I wanted to see how they do on the first wash. One of the areas this wash is supposed to cover is wheels. I had quite a bit of brake dust on them and it's actually the main reason why I stopped in. There are two guys at the beginning with power washers who sprayed the doors and the windshield. Never sprayed the rims. Went through the rest of the wash with another SUV following alarmingly close. I was quick to put it in gear when I got the green light at the end because otherwise, I would have got bumped. ....so what everyone else here is saying about getting bumped is real. Stagger the cars, fellas...it ain't that hard and it wasn't that busy. Back to my story. I get out and review the job and notice that the rims are still coated with brake dust. I pull back around talk to one of the attendants who told me that even though it states that the wash cleans the wheels, none of their brushes goes that low. I told him that the power washers should be spraying the wheels down. It doesn't take a lot of effort to blow surface dust off of a rim with a powerwasher. He said he could spray them for me this time, but told me in so many words that this isn't something likely to happen in the future. I just smiled and left. I've just gotten good with the idea that sometimes you have to pay for an education. No monthly plan for me. So, a few points.... 1. If the only wheel cleaning you offer happens when water and soap drip from the fender then you can't really say you're cleaning wheels. Don't say you clean wheels if you don't. 2. Guys at a carwash with powerwashers should be spraying wheels on a premium exterior wash. I'm not asking that it be to my spec, but I should get the impression that they gave it a shot. I don't really think this is a big ask on a $20 drive thru service. 3. If you aren't going to attempt to clean rims, don't put tire shine on. It's trifling. 4. Spend more on tire shine. What you use now is disappointing. I can only judge by looking at the front tires, though. Back tires looked untouched. read more

I brought my older Caravan in that we purchased used. I spent a lot of time cleaning it already and was disappointed as to how clean I could get it on my own. Matick was recommended to us by Snethcamp Dodge. I chose to get the Interior Full Detail since thats the area I really wanted clean. It was $169 despite Ravin telling me it was $139 over the phone. It was pricey for us but worth the "like new" cleaning I was promised. Matt greeted us promptly at our scheduled 8am appointment. I took him to the car and explained my needs and expectations. He assured me all I asked was covered and what a great job the detailer would do. When I got the car back I was already noticing dirty items without a hard look. The carpets looked great at first glance. The details of things were not so great. Cupholders on the doors were still dirty insides. When I put down the tow-n-go seats the area was not cleaned. The visors were not cleaned on the side to ceiling as promised. The spaces of carpet running along side the seats were not clean. I feel the bare minimum was done to keep the customer happy but not a true detail. I have attached pics of the disappointments. If I had gotten the Interior Services for $29 this would be a different story, but $169! read more

Went here for the first time and had a coupon for $4 off. The attending clerk said to take it to the lady inside to get the discount. So I did. She sent me back out to the attendant. The coupon disappeared from my phone any I was unable to use it. (That's the reason I came here) Came out of wash and used free vacuum. Then upon leaving I checked out the quality of my $8 wash and noticed that the front end was still quite dirty. So went back up to attendant and went the wash. Now alls good and I am happy. I was in the car wash yesterday when the car behind me bumped me! it frightened me, so I instantly put my car in drive an exited, because I didn't know what was happening. I pull in the first vacuum spot so I could see who can out, but I first saw an employee walking by an told him I was hit from behind. I went to the vacuum slot where young lady that hit me was and told the her that she bumped me, she said she felt the bump but wasn't sure what happened. We looked at the front her car and it was fine. She was in maybe Traverse, that it was higher than my Equinox which was damaged on the top of my bumper where it seems that the paint separated looks like 12 inch of a scratch or a split line of the paint. The thing is that the first manager literally came and slightly laughed and said, "what you are telling me for, it had to be something one of you did". I asked twice do they have camera's he said no, and I told him our cars were in neutral and who goes in reverse in the car wash? We asked for another manager and when he can out after a time, he said he review the video and the young lady hit the braked and then move forward, all while her car is in neutral. Remember the other manager says they are no videos. Never would even look at my damage, they both said that me and the young lady should just work it out. David said he would call the body shop and let them know I was coming, I get there and there, he didn't call them as he said he would, and I can't get an estimate until next Tuesday at 12:30, estimates are only done by appointments. Prayerfully it's not much but you never know. My car is not only a lease that goes back this December this is probably my tenth lease from Chevrolet if not more. This is a no-fault state so I'll have to pay, all I wanted was a clean car on a hot day! The General manager was David Vanittersum who was dismissive but not rude. The first manager had no C.S skills. The nice thing is the young lady at the service desk in the car wash and a young man named Niles were both very nice and kind. I forgot to say that I left a message for David to ask if I could review the video and so far, no return call or text. I also forgot to say that the first manager said there is no way the machine messed up it could never happen. As if the factory lines have never broken down before. I purchased the $29 wash, which is the in and out wash. I have an Explorer and was told they don't vacuum the third row, trunk, or wipe down the interior doors. The $29 dollar wash is supposed to be a 30-minute service, and they can't even vacuum the 3rd row. Save yourself some time and frustration. Go to Mr. C's or Jax. read more

The staff doesn't direct my car correctly making my tire smash into the automatic roller machine. they seem to not be happy with their job because they are never smiling or friendly.. This car wash is legit! I joined the unlimited wash club and I have to say this is by far the most state of the art wash I've ever been to! They say it in their literature but it absolutely correct. My favorite part of the wash is the shammy at the end. It does such a great job - for a machine. Let's be honest no air dryer is going to do a good job. The shammy really does a great job drying. The vaccums are great too. I don't mind doing them myself because I know I can give it the kind of time it needs to get it done. The people I've interacted with have been very friendly and courteous. I went to get my car washed & vacuumed the other day and the service was great. It was my first time at this car wash. I was overwhelmed b/c this was my first car wash in 2 years after getting stuck in one prior to this.... I ended up talking to the amazing manager Matt at the pay station who helped me out a lot! He guided me into the tunnel like and made sure I got out safely. We need more gentleman like him around. read more

When you get the interior/exterior wash, make sure you check it before you take off. I just got an interior wash which includes "wiping of all door jams" and "interior windows cleaning", which they don't actually do. It's pretty much get it in, get it out kinda service and definitely not the best bang for your buck. I had to ask them to redo the door jams since they just halfway wiped them down and the windows look the same pretty much. Given the fact that they're really weren't that dirty, but kids love to put their hands on the windows so you can imagine. You might as well put it through the wash and clean the interior yourself. Manager came out and offered a free wash (did not ask or expect that) and was very professional. Just for that, I added one more star for this wash location. The guys who do the cleaning and wipe downs are somewhat lazy, pants halfway down and walk like they're going to Algebra class. read more
