There was only ONE car there when I arrived and it was already being serviced. I was told (very rudely) by the old lady with glasses that it would be 3-4 hours. I walked back outside to remove my son's car seat from the vehicle, a very rude gentleman asked me to move my car loudly and abruptly before I could inform him that I no longer had my keys. Fast forward, 1:15pm I called to check on my vehicle to be informed that they had JUST started on it. I immediately asked them to stop because it had already been 5 hours and it should have been completed. When I walked in, I retrieved my keys and walked out to my car to find my gas tank wide open. I went back in and asked for a manager to inform them that I would be filing a police report because I feel as though the tampered with my car. Once inside my vehicle to my surprise, it was WORSE than when I dropped it off. Apparently they "prepped my vehicle and sprayed the door jams and now there are water marks on my ceiling around EVERY door. When I spoke to the manager, Paul, he apologized and told me he would do absolutely NOTHING for me beside clean my ceiling THAT THEY DAMAGED...and I could bring my car back and continue to wait. After 5 hours I received nothing but a damaged vehicle and inconvenience. I will be filing a police report and a claim in court for someone to correct the issues that they have caused me. I told my friend who referred me to my them to never refer anything else to me! They charge the same price as the Chevy dealership and the Chevy dealership is more efficient. This is what you get for trying to support small owned businesses. Go to Matick Chevrolet, they are the same price and will have you in and out in 2 hours or less.

For a quick carwash this place is ok. 3 options--your basic wash at $4, an upgrade with some extra…read morebells and whistles (tire wash, wax, etc) for $5 and then a $6 gets you the super wash which has everything they offer. I honestly rarely see a difference between the $4 and $6 wash but I like that I get an underbody clean with the upgrade. Other than that my car comes out looking basically the same. It's a short wash, you're not going to get a super filthy car immaculate but you'll get a sort of dirty car pretty clean. I took my snow and salt covered car through earlier in the week when it was still cold but sunny and she came out still covered in a bit a snow but barely any salt left on her. So that was nice, especially for only $5. The dryer system isn't that advanced, just a few hoses drying you off (nobody with a rag there toweling off) so your car won't come out bone dry, so be aware when it's cold out, but if you're looking for a basic drive thru wash this one's pretty ok.
