Bad place! Damaged my rim and denies it. Just a heads up if you care about your car. I posted a picture of what the conveyor did to my MKS rim. After the fact when you look at the place it is run down and not well maintained. I was told that the credit card machine was down for weeks. How dose that happen and you stay in business? Well you let the maintenace go and not repair things that need repaired like the conveyor system. read more

I paid for the ultra plus and hardly cleaned. The spray was weak and no tire shine at all. It use to be good before the new owners. Not sure when they took over because I still had some old pre wash cards that I paid like $55 for. Well apparently those expired since they got new owners in there. Will definitely be the last time I'm there. The guy was nice. Still tipped since he's just doing his job. Not his fault the place sucks. read more

I can not believe the experience I had with one of the employees just a few days ago. I'm pretty confident he was the owner but couldn't get him to tell me he was. After pulling into the car wash and making my payment the employee started spraying my car off when all of a sudden he comes over to my window and says he is going to give me a refund because I was breaking his chain, I was so confused. He then started yelling at me telling me to leave his wash and go to another one when I asked why he got very defensive and started telling the cars behind me to back up so I could leave that I was being non cooperative. This place is alright. Pricing seems pretty standard. I got the second level wash. My car came out very clean, no damage. My only complaint is that they didn't have anyone drying the cars at the end, just the air driers. read more

I don't write a lot of reviews but this was one that I had to do. I work about 3 miles from this place so I bought a package of 5 washes. The car wash itself was good. My car was clean and no damage was ever done to my car. The employee that is outside to dry your car is extremely respectful and has always done a great job. However my issue was with the other employees coming into the car wash. They are extremely rude, roll their eyes at customers and just scream at each person when lining the car up onto the tracks (rather than just pointing as most places do). I have had this done to me on multiple occasions and have seen them do this to cars in front of me. I finally gave up after the last ticket from my package was used.I gave my ticket for the car wash and just got an eye roll from the girl taking it. Since then I haven't been back and bought a package at another local car wash. Haven't had any issues since then. read more
