We turned around left and went to Town Auto wash it's new and redesigned and clean! We met a very customer friendly man I told him our story and he said I'll give u a free $39.00 car wash and you'll see how much better we are.. We did and it was a real car wash with all the latest bells and whistles..lot's of brushes and hit every angle of that car to make it look brand new! It was dried by two men that did a beautiful finished job! We gave them a tip and off we went! Very pleased! We will be back to be put on a monthly charge.. For $20.00 a month I can get our car washed anytime.. Or I can pay more and get more! Not into this techy stuff that might be a problem..but will see! It's $12 for a mid-level wash (the one that includes the undercarriage). I love that they accept credit cards! No quarters needed! Hallelujah! they were even able to accommodate my bike rack. They said they can handle all types of racks and trailers. Just let them know prior to beginning the automated part. At the end of the wash, there are people who will dry your car off with towels. All the employees are very nice and helpful and have gone out of their way to help me with a couple of special requests. I highly recommend!

There was only ONE car there when I arrived and it was already being serviced. I was told (very rudely) by the old lady with glasses that it would be 3-4 hours. I walked back outside to remove my son's car seat from the vehicle, a very rude gentleman asked me to move my car loudly and abruptly before I could inform him that I no longer had my keys. Fast forward, 1:15pm I called to check on my vehicle to be informed that they had JUST started on it. I immediately asked them to stop because it had already been 5 hours and it should have been completed. When I walked in, I retrieved my keys and walked out to my car to find my gas tank wide open. I went back in and asked for a manager to inform them that I would be filing a police report because I feel as though the tampered with my car. Once inside my vehicle to my surprise, it was WORSE than when I dropped it off. Apparently they "prepped my vehicle and sprayed the door jams and now there are water marks on my ceiling around EVERY door. When I spoke to the manager, Paul, he apologized and told me he would do absolutely NOTHING for me beside clean my ceiling THAT THEY DAMAGED...and I could bring my car back and continue to wait. After 5 hours I received nothing but a damaged vehicle and inconvenience. I will be filing a police report and a claim in court for someone to correct the issues that they have caused me. I told my friend who referred me to my them to never refer anything else to me! They charge the same price as the Chevy dealership and the Chevy dealership is more efficient. This is what you get for trying to support small owned businesses. Go to Matick Chevrolet, they are the same price and will have you in and out in 2 hours or less.
