I ended up waiting one hour before it was my turn in the small lobby. Luckily, I brought reading material. The service of exterior and interior car wash took about 30 minutes for my sedan. I politely asked if he could select my prepaid wash option, and he told me he was not supposed to help customers with that. What made the interaction frustrating was that I had just watched him assist the vehicle directly in front of me at the kiosk. I completely understand if there is a policy limiting employee assistance, but policies should be applied consistently. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and was not the level of customer service I expected. I wanted to share the feedback so management is aware.

A quick Google search at a rest stop found Auto 1 near my final destination in Berkley. I called not realizing that it was already after hours, Mike called me right back from his cell phone and asked me to send him a pic of my VIN. The next day he called me again and said that my windshield was on order and should be in just as I arrived in Michigan. He got the glass replaced it for me quickly and was very professional and polite. The next day I noticed a weird defect in the glass so I called Mark again and without hesitation he said to give him a couple days to order another windshield. He called me back and installed the other new windshield a few days later and it is perfect! Hands down, choose Auto 1 in Berkley every time.
