I've always been on top of cleaning out my car and making sure it's neat with every use. Life has gotten so hectic this year that I haven't been able to keep up with maintenance and cleaning, with a handful of accidents and spills inside my car, I knew I needed to hand it over to a professional. It's been weeks of hunting for the right detailing place, as I've never had my car detailed before. I chose Cloud 9 originally because it's close to my campus. The owner of this business, Evan, has been nothing short of accommodation and quality service. I picked up my car today and I've never been so impressed with a service in my life! This local business is the real deal-- seriously. You want excellence and top notch? Make your future appointments here. I am incredibly happy that I'm looking forward to schedule my next appointment for my car's exterior. And if my review wasn't enough, I'll end it by saying the price integrity of this business is affordable and fair given that the quality and product you get back goes far beyond, (seriously exceeds), it's fair prices! You and your guys have gained a loyal customer, Evan! So much respect for your business.

Although he did a decent job, I thought he was supposed to detail my car, not just wash it. Multiple spots missed especially my windows. For $185 an only exterior I was expecting top quality work, instead I got someone who didn't even two step polish. Swirles everywhere, wax forgot to be wiped in spots. Just overall not generally happy. Not to mention. Estimate was $175, he charged my company $185.

Replaced my fender with a part from the junk yard. The paint was a little matte and needed a shine, the owner took great care.

Great service. I had my 2003 Explorer cleaned up after getting some body work done. I replaced the fender myself and it needed to be buffed out to match. The owner took very good care of it. Very profession yet personal. I will certainly be back. PS. My truck was really bad before bringing it in.

I have been going to this location to have my vehicles washed when it first opened as "CLASSIC…read moreCARRIAGE" car wash. The washes there were always to my satisfaction & if it wasn't they would have you run your vehicle through again until you were satisfied. Now this facility is called, "CLEAN VIEW AUTO WASH" and still they do a very good job in making sure my vehicles are clean, however.... I just purchased their monthly membership for unlimited washes for $34.99 & after a few months of the service I had to cancel my membership due to budget restrictions. First of all, you are supposed to be able to cancel online, when I tried it kept telling me there was no such account. So, I contacted them via email to cancel & 2 days later I received a response from them offering another membership at a lower cost. I explained to them that I was not interested & to please cancel my membership. Again, another response for a different membership, this aggravated me because I know all I wanted to do was CANCEL the membership, if I wanted to lower it, I would have requested that already. Another email sent to them telling them my aggravation to just cancel the membership, which finally the District Manager, Daniel Brown stated in the email, "Though we are sad to see you go, I have canceled your membership. You will receive no further billings." 5 days later I have charged/withdrawn from my bank account the $34.99 membership once again. They do a good job in cleaning your car/truck, but I will never get their membership again & I will tell others not to either because of all the hassle you have to go through just to cancel the membership! **Just so you know, we had to go up to the location with are car, membership numbers & card we used for payment to get our refund. At least we got that back! MEMBERSHIP AT THIS COMPANY?? NEVER AGAIN!!

I was a customer of this car was for the past few years, but at a recent visit I found out that…read morethis place is now under new management and it's not the same place. The wash was not good because the last set of spinning soft touch rollers was not working and they had two people at the end of the wash wiping down cars. I told them not to wipe my car because I didn't want them to scratch the paint. It use to be a good soft touch wash without human interaction, but is no longer the case. Unfortunately, I need to find another car wash.
