I learned that experience was because I was getting our cars detailed by the owner. Until this last time. I had wings come out again per usual to have my fiancée's Jeep detailed. As soon as I saw the truck pull up I knew something was wrong. Two younger guys came out with very little equipment (compared to the normal van), and I was SHOCKED to find they spend 45min derailed the car (previously the retailer spent no less than 2 hours) Well the results are shown in the photos, it's no different than a gas station car wash. Typically wings will put all your things in a nice bag for you, not this time. This time they cleaned around your things. After going back and forth with the kid and multiple insults he gave me we agreed on taking $50 off the price. This is so unfortunate but one massive mistake cost this company thousands in business. Although the owner and who I assume is his wife do a FANTASTIC job, it's not worth the risk to me not knowing if I'm going to have a terrible experience like this again. I hope the owner reads this, he's a super nice guy but not knowing who he's staffing is going to cost him his business.

The car didn't make it to LCHS and back it was overheating. I called and was told to bring it back. When I pulled up to the place the oil change employees was pointing because it was something hanging loose from under my car. Marcus asked me to sit in the lobby so they could check it out. He had me sit there for hours with my child toddler and all. Didn't even offer me a ride home and I live across the street. I left a more detailed review of the situation in my previous review. After the review Bill reached out to me and said my review is killing his business and that he would replace my motor in my car on him. If I took it down. I called him back and asked him to write me a contract I recorded him on my other phone of him saying just give him some time. That was in December. I have not heard anything from him or anyone else at Basha. I lost my job and I've been in a rental since December 4, 2025 wasting thousands of dollars because my main car was also down. I've almost lost my home and I had to give my car back due to me not being able to afford the payments for a car that was not working. And pay for a rental to be able to provide for my family. I'm in a serious amount of debt and at risk of being homeless due to their negligence in handling my car repairs correctly the first time around. They robbed a loyal customer and has caused me to experience several financial hardships. I will be seeking legal action for reimbursement of rental car fees, pain and suffering, and lost wages. I gave this man 6 months and 11 days to fix my vehicle. I went back today and said what's going on with my car? It's still sitting in the same spot from six months ago. I tried extending grace to Bil because he was experiencing his own problems with his mother being sick in another country and I thought I could trust him. In my past experiences he's never lied to me. But this has just been one lie after another. I posted the Google review he reached out to me we talked he said he'd send me the videos. FYI iPhones record the date and time the original pic/video was taken. He told me December 4, 2025 he had to get it from across the street. After waiting a few hours and not recieving a call back at 12:28pm and noticed my car was full of snow and looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. I recorded a video and everything. I get the video from Bil and it has a date stamped to it of November 28, 2025 at 4:43pm. When I tell Bil that he tells me on the recording they pushed it. That would be impossible the car windows had snow on them still. I've been holding on to these court papers but I'll be filing them in court tomorrow. I'm a single mother of two my kids didn't have a Christmas, we're on the verge of being homeless. While his business continues to thrive. Take it from me don't take your car there! You will be ripped off and lied to! This place is supposed to be better business bureau accredited. But don't waste your time they won't respond. Save yourself the headache and financial burden!
