We had a good conversation, and he offered to make it right, but all I needed was that my experience was acknowledged - I was not looking for anything free or any compensation, just to be heard. ======================================= Buying the truck was easy, and the salesman Joe was great, for that I give 5 stars. The parts department however, I'm beyond frustrated with at the moment. Two weeks after I bought my truck early December, I went to the parts counter and ordered three accessories for my new Ford Ranger, and they told they would call when my order came in after verifying my phone number. After a couple weeks I hadn't heard anything, so I called for an update and was told they were still waiting on one part, and they'd call me when it came in. As it had now been over two months, I figured that even though they said I didn't have to call and they'd call me when the accessories I ordered came in, I called this afternoon (March 9th, 2022) anyways to get a status update. After being on hold for over 10 minutes (I checked the length of the call afterwards) I was told that my order had been sitting there and I should have gotten a call and they verified my number was correct- I checked my call records online from when I bought the truck until today, no call from anyone at the dealership at all. Wonderful way to find out my order was ready, and I was annoyed from the lack of any communication in regards to my order, but figured my things were in and I'd pick them up. Picking them up was quick even though I'd never used Fordpass points to pay for any accessories before. But when I got home, I opened the box the hood protector was in, and it wasn't even the one I ordered, the one they gave me was for a different vehicle! I called back and once they figured out I had the wrong part, went to order the right one, but he kept calling it "smoke" and not the matte black I ordered, but said it was the right one, so he said he ordered it. I called back a few minutes later as it just didn't sound right to me, and the guy that answered the phone this time checked again, then told me they had my part there, they had given me the wrong one. This is frustrating, and right now I'm not very happy with the mess ups - this is now the 4th vehicle I've bought from a Suburban dealership, but the first time dealing with the parts department at this location and right now I'm not impressed with the parts department one bit. Now I have to drive up AGAIN today after work to trade it for the right one that I should have had a while ago if anything had actually gone right! What I really don't appreciate is the lack of anyone replying to me when I reached out regarding my experience - I have not had a good customer experience with this at all, and it seems like no one is concerned. This is not how you keep customers.

    I was involved in a rear end accident, and took my vehicle to suburban Ford of Sterling Heights (…read more40333 Van Dyke Ave) to get it fixed on July 5th. The car performed like normal ( aside from the rear end damage) . They had my car for 30 days ( no reason why) . When I went on August 3 to pick up the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the car was not driving right, I had told the body shop manager about my concern. He had said" it's been sitting for a while, it's normal". I also noticed a half a tank of gas missing, and my gas Mileage dropped from 26 mpg to 15 mpg. Seconds later, my dashboard said" transmission overheating ". Service scanned the vehicle and said that there was damage to the transmission and 2600.00 to fix. The car worked like it should when I brought it in, no mechanical issues why so ever. I was also getting 26 mpg. Now a month later while the dealership had it, I have a half a tank of gas missing, my gas mileage dropped from 26 mpg to 15 mpg and 2600.00 in transmission damage that happened while " just sitting at the dealership ". Mechanical issues just don't happen by sitting there. Coworkers even agreed that something was done by them, ether on purpose or accident. Ether way it happened while they had possession, and they are responsible for the repairs. . Suburban Ford is trying to stick me with this bill even tho it happened on their watch. They have liability coverage and the motor vehicle service and repair act - they should fix my vehicle. In addition, Amy in the body shop promised me the same rental that I had while my car was getting fixed from the accident, but gave it away hours before I arrived to pick it up. Service has no loner vehicles ether. Sooo to this day,they are dragging their feet to fix my car cuz they can't accept blame. Something happened while they had my car, because again it worked normal before I dropped it off. I don't know what to do. Talking to others on an app called "Nextdoor " this is a common problem. I just want my car back in working order!!!

    I had some unusual circumstances come up this week and Cass Collision was a huge help…read more My son hit a deer on Hayes just about 1/4 of a mile north of Cass Collision at 5:30 AM on a Sunday morning. We had his car towed to CC since they were the nearest body shop. From the first conversation about the accident and insurance claim process, these guys were great. Quick with responses, detailed in the information they shared with us & helpful with regards to our interactions with our insurance company. At the end of the day, our insurer totaled the car so we didn't end up having Cass Collision do any repairs but based on how we were dealt with I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

    About a week before Christmas,2024, my wife's 2023 Subaru Forester altercation with a 300 pound doe…read morewhich caused considerable damage to the front end, left front fender, left front door and hood. Fox Subaru, not having a collision shop, recommended Cass Collision Shelby. I took the car there and met Jordan Jones and from the very beginning he was very profession, thorough, and friendly. Through out the repair progress, Jordan kept us informed of the progress being made. When we picked up the care, the car looked like "no accident had occurred". The quality of the workmanship was obvious: 5 STARS. I would recommend Cass Collision Shelby to all my family and friends. And in the event I need collision work in the future, I certainly will come back to Cass Collision Shelby Paul Y Macomb, MI
