For those of us who remember what superior customer service used to be, this company is a true gem! Everything about my experience with them from my first interaction on the phone to walking through the repairs needed on my Mini Cooper to the actual work itself (superb!) to their offer to arrange for the return of my rental car was handled beyond my expectations, which is not an easy accomplishment. The young man who manages the shop, "Junior" Lones, knows what customer service is all about. I wish every business I deal with would clone him and put him in charge. I was referred to Quality Coach by a guy at Belle Tire, who told me that my rear alignment was so out-of-whack that I needed a new rear axle. I gave the guy at Quality Coach the printout from Belle Tire and after looking at my car, he said the left side of the rear axle was so bent that it looked like I was in an accident. I was stunned -- I treat my car exceptionally well and have NEVER been in an accident. He said that maybe I was hit because the front grill was missing -- no, dude, 2006 Pontiac Vibes have crappy grills underneath the bumper that fall out quite frequently. And what kind of accident would cause my rear axle to be bent severely, the center grill below the front bumper to fall out, but no other body damage anywhere? Additionally, he kept calling me "my dear," in this super-patronizing way. Hate that crap. On top of this, his shop was closing and he couldn't see me for three weeks, so he tried to send me to another shop. Anyway, I took my car to my trusty mechanic who quickly deduced that NOTHING was wrong with my rear axle and that they could fix the front alignment so everything was just fine. I went from a quoted $600 rear axle replacement at Quality Coach to paying $150 for my mechanic's time and expertise to figure out what was wrong with my car and fixing it. I'm lucky Quality Coach was moving because I would have just gone along with what he said and not gone back to my mechanic. How fortuitous. read more

I don't know if I've ever seen a car that clean before (inside and out), as ours when it came back from Quality Coach Collision. We experienced nothing but impeccable customer service, clarity and communication -- absolutely seamless. One of the drivers in our family was going through one of the classic stages in the life of any driver: for instance a few of the big ones are learning and starting to drive, maintaining readiness to drive safely throughout life, no longer driving any more. And of course these classic stages tend to involve and/or affect each member of the family or household, in some way. Jeff Conroy immediately honored my special request for more time and space to navigate a tricky stretch of that road. He heard my request immediately, shifted expertly from responding to routine questions about the estimate with photos - to honoring my request. I was almost shocked, and immediately relieved. This helped us maintain some crucial confidentiality, making the whole process a lot easier; in fact I noticed his vocabulary and language immediately adjusted to that more appropriate to future subsequent communication with another party in our group (not on the telephone), to convey any impact of my request if needed - maintaining respect and preserving dignity for all. When the work was done and it was time to pick up the vehicle, Quality Coach made that easier as well, delivering to the house as needed. Claire, in the office, is another expert member of the team, who helped throughout. We also have a business card from Junior Lones (from the final delivery step) -- not sure exactly what role he or she played, but the team clearly interacted flawlessly as needed from start to finish. Nice hardcopy (handwritten, most likely) thank-you note later arrived at the house -- another beautiful touch. Frankly when vehicles start colliding with people and other objects, things can get tense and tragic pretty quickly. I didn't know a collision shop could make that kind of positive difference during a difficult time - but that is exactly what happened. read more

I'm impressed. Took my vehicle there after being rear ended. Part of my tailgate had a big dent and was told by another collision shop it couldn't be pulled out. I didn't want to have the whole tailgate replaced so I told them Quality coach to replace the bumper and pull out the dent as much as they could to keep costs down. Picked it up today sand it looks showroom. Can't tell a dent was ever there. Nice work, and it's nice to support a small neighborhood business. read more

I used this place to repair damage to from of my truck after I was hit. Had damage to chrome bumper, painted bumper, headlamp, and grill and front alignment also needed. The staff and owner were fantastic. I received prompt feedback on estimated damage and repair time and even got back one day earlier than expected. Color match was perfect along with quality of paint job (also passed my picky husbands test)! I've used them once before and had the same experience. I just picked up my vehicle from here a few days ago. They were recommended by my insurance company and very close to home. Had some front end damage from a minor fender bender. I tried stopping in on a Saturday with my wife about 35-40 minutes before they closed. At first, all of the lights were shut off and it looked like no one was there. However, a worker saw us and asked if we were picking up. We said no, but needed to get an estimate. Even though they were not busy and had plenty of time to do an estimate, the worker was very rude and told us to look at the sign on the door that said we needed to make an appointment to get an estimate. Jeff and the folks at Quality Collision are fantastic. I just had two vehicles repaired by them. Auto Haus recommended them for repainting the hood and front fascia of my BMW. They were competitive and very particular, and Jeff was personally involved in the entire process.The went beyond expectations by refinishing the entire hood rather than paint chip by paint chip. The car looks perfect. I was so impressed that when I needed a small fascia/fender bender repaired on my wife's Lexus there was no other place I considered. Quality Coach Collision is by far the most professional, talented and honest collision shop you could find in the Tri county area, or anyplace for that matter. My family has been going there for years and we all have been treated with the utmost respect. At times yes, we have had to wait a bit, then again if you go to a great restaurant, you do too. If I want fast food, I go to McDonald's. As for anyone that would accuse this establishment of anything less than being professional, all I can say.....it sounds like you misunderstood what you were asking for. Again, my BMW looks better then new. I am VERY particular with my cars and I wouldn't dream of taking them elsewhere.. The crew here is the most talented around. They pull off magic. Nice work guys. These guys are the best. I have taken a couple of my cars here over the years and they have always been professional and go above and beyond. I had a rear bumper work done on my car and they noticed a message on my dash alerting tha tone of the lights were not working. Mind you, the light had nothing to do with the repair, but they went ahead and fixed it as a courtesy and I was STILL under what the initial quote was. The paint looks like the original! Hopefully I will not need repairs again anytime soon, but at least I know I can count on these guys to do a fantastic job. read more

I had an amazing experience with Quality Coach and was very happy with the results. I was rear ended and had State Farm Insurance and Quality Coach was one of the repair shops that state farm worked with. After going over my estimate Jeff made sure I had a good rental car set up and even helped me switch from Hertz(that State Farm had arranged) to Enterprise which was closer. He had Enterprise pick me up from the repair shop within ten minutes of my estimate and when they dropped me back off my brand new 2017 civic looked like new. They did a great job replacing my taillight and bumper and then reshaped my quarter panel and matched the paint. I would never be able to tell it had any work done. I never had to call my insurance company or make contact with them after the initial claim. Quality Coach took care of it all. It took them about a week to get it all done and each time I called for an update the staff knew what car I was talking about and was able to give me a quick response. read more
