I recently took my own car to Gerber's Collision, in Farmington Hills, and they were rather expensive, so for my husband's car, we drove the 25 minutes or so here instead. His car mirror also needed some work and Campbell's was able to give him a quote for that, too, so he had that done also. He was surprised by how fair the quotes were for both that and the paint work. I was able to get the initial quote via email from Campbell's, and they were easily reachable via phone or email, too. The work on his car took about a week and he's very happy with it. Something to note, their parking lot is under construction right now and is mostly just gravel - not a big deal but the entrance to the lot was moved slightly, I believe. Not only was she really helpful, she was extremely COOL about how nervous and ignorant I was about buying a car. The process was so smooth once we locked in a car, price and rate. She's honest, transparent, straight-talking, and not out to just grab a buck. At the end of the day, I could feel that she wanted me in the right vehicle for me and my family and she did as much as she could to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and for a great price. Most other sales people I talked to felt like they were *just trying to sell* me something, rather than actually caring about a huge financial decision and whether it's the right one.
