I've been taking my Mini here for years for all servicing and I am always happy with the service and work. Marc and Bret are awesome- they are informative, friendly, and honest. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need, on the contrary they actually council you not to have addition work done until it's needed. Whenever I call to make an appointment they can usual fit me in that day. They order my parts ahead of time so the wait is minimal. Furthermore they provide shuttle service if needed so you don't have to waste time sitting and waiting. They are always kind when fielding my incessant and ridiculous chicks-know-nothing-about-cars questions, and answer with clarity and humor. Their prices are very competitive if not the cheapest around, and there is no price tag I could put on the peace of mind that I'm not being shaken down. I will continue to bring my car here; they have earned a loyal customer. Thanks guys, you rock.

The same replacement work with the nearby similar repair stores is ranging from $500-600. Low quality and cheap parts they ordered, high labor cost they charged you with unauthorized and un-necessary services. You paid double price and received cheap parts and poor service. It is a very very terrible, horrible car repair store without business reputation and trustworthy. I will not come to this store anymore.

But I see from reviews they do a lot of price gouging. I'll call around to see the cost for my repair to see if I got hoodwinked. Update 9/28: I am at a different shop right now about my car. They said they would have charged $800 less than Mr. MUFFLER. And Mr MUFFLER spray painted the exhaust pipe under my car as well as left weld stuff under the car. I have pictures. They have high ratings cause they enter their own reviews. They left the cap to my headlight on the transmission. They left the break cap off but why. They didn't need to do ANYTHING with my break liquid. Call BBB, sate of mi attorneys general office, corporate office and the news. Gary said they spray painted the pipes so they don't rust. Ummmm.
